This is a beautiful hotel with a nice view of the lake in many rooms. While the hotel is nice, it was the staff that truly made it a memorable experience. Their service was beyond phenomenal! Kudos to Maria in the front desk for going above and beyond when an issue occurred

Beautiful

We loved the resort. Rooms were really nice, bedding high quality and comfortable. Temperature control worked really well. The concierges were extremely helpful and very friendly, and all front desk personnel were very friendly. The service felt very personal. Only negatives were the service at the breakfast buffet one morning (one person), and the workout room could be updated/enhanced a bit. Would definitely recommend the resort, though. Parking easy, location really convenient, the town of Killarney was nearby and really enjoyable.

View from the Heights was spectacular. Excellent rooms. No criticisms other than the breakfast buffet and hot meal items were limited and not reflective of the overall hotel.

We had an outstanding stay ! The customer service was absolutely amazing. Really felt the 5 star service. Breakfast was the nicest one I’ve had I think ever . Really enjoyed. I would like to mention Brendan in particular who was very helpful and kind helping us to get in to the town also. Thanks to all for an amazing stay.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic music both nights …grand piano in bar. Really quiet room with lots of daylight. Place really clean. Staff very nice and overall ambience really good.

Well located hotel. Perfect breakfast. We have been upgraded but the mattress was not the top ! Super service and availability of staff. Spa is ok but you need to book.

Just an overnight stay and spa day.

You couldn't wish to have better service and all the staff treated you with respect if I am ever in Killarney again this is where i.will stay

Beautiful views

Need to book spa in advance (booked up on arrival), not great. Pool area is poor. Doesn’t seem great value as it seems closer to a 4 star than 5.

It’s ok , reception very polite and rooms were nice , very nice location. Service in the bar and restaurant let it down . Food is just average .

Our room had a beautiful view of lakes, mountains and green pastures. The room was spacious with two comfortable beds. He staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped me when I had trouble with a train booking. There was a free shuttle to city centre that we used a couple of times.

Gorgeous location away from all the hustle and bustle of the midnight drag yet short drive to all the shops. Quiet, clean. excellent beds, hot water, bath and shower, bath robes. Excellent dining options. Would definitely revisit.

The hotel is very far outside of Killarney. There is no courtesy shuttle as advertised - I was told quite rudely at the reception when I checked in that the website was wrong and there was noone to drive the courtesy vehicle I had seen in the carpark. The gentleman in concierge (Brendan) then appeared and very kindly offered to take us into town. The spa and leisure facilities are tired - not 5 star. The views are beautiful but only if you are in a higher floor room. We were on the 1st floor and the room was extremely dark, with views of the road, not the lakes, even though we checked in early and asked would we have a view of the lakes - receptionist again quite rudely told me no - hotel is fully booked. I asked about the amenities - what bars / restaurants were available - I was told the bell boy would tell me all of that information. I would definitely reconsider the front of house staff for first impressions - it put a real dampener on our arrival. Drinks in the bar - very expensive and no real atmosphere. Nice views. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly, John & Brendan in concierge deserve a special thank you. Hotel is fine - not a great location for visiting Killarney, and not the type of hotel you would stay in during the day.
