Room was big and beautiful, and the view of all of Arrezo was more than spectacular. A must stay place.

Charming old hotel in the center of beautiful Arezzo. Nice room, serviceminded staff, and a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect with only a short walk to the old part of the town which is really beautiful, and full of small cafes and restaurants, and little shops. It’s only half an hour by train to Florence, and next time I go to Italy I will stay at this hotel again, to see more of both Arezzo and Florence.

We spent the last night of our 30 day trip at Hotel Continentale and had a great night and day.

Great location, less than 300 ft (100 m) from the train station, walkable evrywhere. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is small (European style), and the water pressure was literally a trickle. The first evening there was no hot water for several hours, so I had a very invigorating cold one. It helped with the heat later though. The breakfast is good, although there are no heaters under the trays, so you may have to enjoy some cold scrambled eggs. The sweets are great. The hotel is not expensive even during season so fair value for the money

This was the perfect place for our stay in Arezzo! You can not beat the rooftop terrace for views over the city. All the staff were wonderful and so helpful when our fridge didn’t work they kept wine in the kitchen fridge chilling for us. We loved our stay here and we would definitely come back!

No air condition in the room, no iron…. We have to sleep with open windows and the noice was so loud… No one sleeps well, not me not my wife. The hotel BEAUTIFUL that’s it

Very loud in a street facing room- no air conditioning so too hot to sleep comfortably. The front desk staff was not very pleasant. The bartender, house cleaner and servers for breakfast were great!

Wonderful location to the train station and downtown and beautiful rooftop patio

We choose the location because it was a block from the train. We were staying just for the night. The staff was very nice and most helpful giving restaurant advice plus sites to see. We left are luggage the next day while we went to visit friends . That was helpful because we had checked out.

We booked Hotel Continentale because we were arriving by train and it’s very close to the station. We only stayed one night but were sad to leave. Beautiful decor inside, comfy room and friendly staff. So close to the old town centre too.

Very helpful staff, put a heater in our room as very cold on arrival. Great central location and easy parking nearby at 14 € per night. Hôtel quite dated though.

Great customer service and perfect location for visiting Arezzo! There is a large, clean parking garage nearby, as well as an ample parking lot. It is also just a quick walk from the train station. Plenty of great food options nearby. Our room was freshly renovated and had a nice view. I will stay here again on my next visit to this charming town!

Nice, clean hotel overlooking the piazza Guido Monaco- inventor of the notes. Great panoramic view from hotel roof-top terrace. Convenient location.

I only stayed here one night but the staff was very friendly and accommodating with me leaving my bag after I checked out. It is close to the train station and not far from the center of town. There are several great restaurants close by. The breakfast offered a number of choices. I would stay here again.

good location, very close to train station, small room, very small single beds (more appropriate for children, not adults), WiFi and A/C worked fine, very limited int'l TV channels (1 in English, 1 in French, all others in Italian), safe and fridge in the room were convenient, very attentive and helpful staff at the Reception, OK breakfast, don't know if enough for a 4* hotel. Overall a good hotel in Arezzo but more a 3* than a 4*.

Great stay with very polite staff. We’re coming here all the times when we are in Arezzo.

The room was clean and well appointed. They were welcoming at the front desk. The day after we checked in we went down to breakfast and returned to find the room had been cleaned. To my surprise a blouse that I was planning to wear that night was missing from my suitcase. I reported it at the front desk right away and was told that the cleaning lady had been there for many years and would not steal my blouse. I was certain that I had the blouse because I had seen it the day before when I checked in. I checked for it on my return home just to be sure and it was indeed stolen. The hotel stated I should call the police but it seemed like too much over a blouse. Unfortunately I would not stay there again if I return to Arezzo. I would caution guests to lock up their belongings or place the do not disturb sign on their door during their stay

I loved the Terrance views, the service , and the location of the hotel!

Spent 2 nights on a recent trip and unfortunately this hotel did not meet expectations. The AC barely cooled our room. Pillows were hard as was the bed. It is centrally located just a short walk from the train station and many of the cities key points.

The hotel was centrally located and convenient to city center. Our room was located on a business street and was very noise. The room was always hot and the only way to cool it off was by opening the door, which made the noise even worse.
