The room smelled musty, and I developed a sinus and respiratory issue as a result. However, the view was amazing, and the staff was great!

I wanted to enjoy it more cause the staff was so friendly and that always makes the review I write high, no matter what! But unfortunately some things overshadowed this.
For example, the room was very nice except it wasn’t cleaned properly. When we arrived, we saw lots of small, black hair everywhere. So the first thing we did was cleaning the room ourselves as it is would feel disrespectful to call for housekeeping. It was hairs on the floors, in the sink, bath tub etc. Dust on coat hangers so our coats got a gray coat layer.
Other than that, great room with amazing view. Saw the ocean even without ocean view.
Only negative was it was so loud. We hears our neighbor snore, we heard another neighbors phone when she got a text message etc. We then realized people can hear us aswell and it didn’t feel private.
Beds were uncomfy cause they were hard.
But staff were friendly and caring, breakfast was great.
Try the cappuccino!

My son and i stay there for a few days while in Sorrento. It is literally a hidden gem. Thw view is breathtaking! The breakfast was perfect and in general the staff was so nice and helpful. I will stay there again.

The room was very small. No view, no coffee machine, no iron, tiny shower, no Kleenex, very stark and plain. Could not get another room even at extra cost. It was a one night stop over so we reserved an economy room. Not a good choice at all!
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good with a nice sea view.
I would rate this a two or three star hotel. Definitely not a four star on our experience.

Staff was amazing in welcoming us. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the places we needed to in sorrento. Hotel and a beautiful view and a really fancy breakfast. Staff helped us get to and from the hotel and with plans for the day when our cruise got cancelled. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We loved our room with two balconies & view of the sea. Property is across the road to a villa that holds functions. 4 out of the 5 days we were there held weddings & the music/DJ was loud. Music wasn't turned down until 11-11:30pm. If you're looking for a quiet place this may not be for u. Loved the location too.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. Very comfortable bed and room size. The AC doesn’t work particularly well but overall we had a lovely time staying for 3 night. Would highly recommend!

Neighboring room was incredibly loud, keeping us up all night. Hotel reception did not assist. Everytime neighbors would open their balcony door, which was often, the A/C in our room would turn off. It was very disruptive and we did not sleep all night

The location of right on the edge of town with stunning views of Mount Vesuvius from our balcony and at breakfast made this accommodation special. The staff was very accommodating with the few things we asked of them. Adding coffee in the room and fruit at breakfast the ability to self serve coffee at breakfast would be nice additions, but overall a superb hotel experience.

We had a corner room with two balconies overlooking the ocean. It was heavenly. We were also welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine. The hotel has been freshly remodeled. It is beautiful. Our favorite hotel of 7 we stayed at in Italy.

Beds are not good. Our bed was old and had a huge divet in it so one person slept lopsided. Carpets are very dirty. Breakfast food was day old and the serving staff had poor hygiene measures. Lady sneezed in her hand and then touched plates and food. Reception staff were helpful and courteous as well as the cleaning staff. Cleaning staff helped us layer comforters on the side of the mattress that was caved in.
Some hotel staff treated us very impersonally; some grumpy people. Location is great. Roof bar was not much to talk about. Pool was nice and garden was beautiful. Breakfast terrace was great overlooking the ocean. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Good side, the room was ready at 11 AM. The breakfast served on the rooftop was nice for view and food, the service was great too.
Unlike the other average 4-star hotels, the staff was not as friendly and professional (like a previous review said “Miserable staff!”). For 4-star hotel’s price, there was nothing else to offer, no coffee set or kettle in the room, not even a free bottle of water in minibar.
Unlike the other Hotels.com VIP access properties, I have to ask about the perks, then allowed to exchange a bottle of sparkling wine to 2 small bottles of water that should cost 2 euro each.
