all people had comfortable time. My family sleep good, no problem. Small tv, and small bathroom in the room, it's ok. breakfast simple. Hard to talk to customer service, glass is blocking. friendly people. Whatever, no big deal.

I was unsatisfied with this motel because it was dirty! I found hair in the sink and tub! The shower head was rusted and looked like it hadn’t been clean since they’ve opened! I will not be going back!!

This place is not worth the money.

Drug involve the hotel. It was not clean smell very bad front desk very disrespectful. I’ll never use it again.

this hotel, like many in NJ, is good for one night, not for long stay.It can rated as a motel.

Arrived to front desk agent asleep. Received one bed when I booked a double. Bathroom sink was clogged and water wasn’t draining down. Requested no room service but when we returned they still went in the room and went through our things. Towels were removed but not replaced. If you will disregard our request not to provide room service/cleaning the least you can do is actually do your job right. I would not recommend this location to anyone

It was fairly clean so that was fine. The employee who checked me in took a photo copy of my ID and credit card even though I paid online already. It is advertised as a hotel but is actually a motel. The breakfast was not available.

This place was nasty, found roaches in my room. I left for a little bit, when I came back all the drawers were open like someone went through my room. Hookers and drug addicts running all night.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stay. Super dirty smells weed, you can't even sleep well because when a truck passes building is shaking.

It's my go to for daycation. It's definitely not fancy but it's local and no one bothers me here.

First of all, it was false advertisement. Online it was represented as “Inn and Suites”.However, when we arrived the sign read, “motel”. The motel is old and smelly. It really needs to be updated. “Vanity tray” in the bathroom was an old cereal bowl! The furniture was chipped and old and the chain lock was crap!

Strictly utilitarian property.The room and hallway was clean and beds good. The desk clerk was friendly. But there was an open porn channel on TV, bullet proof enclosed front desk.

Highly not recommend for family and kids. My feet still itch from bedbugs..

Paid 150 for cheap motel, smells, stink, the name is fancy but it is low class motel

Worst hotel I have seen around. Went on a family trip and every hotel around the area was sold out so it was the only one around. But as soon as I arrived I didn’t not feel safe so I ask for a refund because I wasn’t going to stay there. I had my kids and the first thing as soon as I walk in was they had people smoking in the lobby area a lady outside with a purple eye and the front desk guy was mad because I walked in with my 2 kids. Thankfully I was able to get my money back and ended up sleeping inside the car.

Old bed covers, carpet old and discolored, nice tv, refrig, microwave. Room needed fresh air or scents.

Breakfast in the morning was okay. Just wish I didn’t have a smoking room. Changed to non smoking tho.

Shabby room. Window was left open in 3r4-degree weather. Clocks did not work. Rug appeared not to have been vaccumed in days.

The staff was so rude. They called me all of sudden at 11 am in the morning and asked me to check out. I requested for sometime and the receptionist was rude that made me feel as if I have asked their whole hotel on my name. They kept mis behaving and used so much wrong and rude language. I would never recommend a descent family or individual to visit this hotel. Totaly crap.

Dirty rooms and overpriced

Room does not look cleaned properly first room given bathroom doorknob broken, floor not clean Bobby pin on the floor shower curtain stained. Second room mattress with stain bedcovers a lot of cigarettes burns (holes) rooms smells cigarettes smoke.

The staff was extremely rude to me. Everything is so dirty and there is a terrible smell throughout the whole place. There are stains all down the wall. They also lie about free wifi.

I dont like to talk about anymore. I did not wait to the next day check out, i decided to check out and lose my money.

Truly disappointed in my experience!! As a disabled senior citizen, I sought some refuge here when my apartment flooded. Staff was unfriendly. Room was not overly comfortable. Clean enough, I suppose. I picked this hotel because of the continental breakfast which was a total lie! They told me it ended early and handed me a pack of muffins! When my ride was several minutes late to pick me up, they ushered me out of my room and made me wait in the lobby, even though it was a weekday and no rush of people coming into this dump. What a despicable way to treat an old lady! Will not be coming back here ever again!!!
