Under construction, trash in stairwells, found a flea. Friendly staff, good breakfast, felt safe.

The original builder of this property developed health problems 5 years ago & property went first into a conglomerate, rescued a year later by nice group of Indian partners who are refurbishing the motel. Very clean & xlnt breakfast

This was out first trip there the breakfast was amazing! My wife is going to massage school down the road. We will definitely be back

Elevators were old and dirty. Furniture in room was dated and banged up. Lamp did not work, coffee pot was dirty. Bedding was minimal and super chinsy. AC was super loud all night.

Hotel was relatively clean, although there was a lot of guest trash outside rooms in the hallway - apparently due to the holiday weekend, they had no late night/overnight staff. Overall, it was about commensurate with the price.

The breakfast buffet staff were mostly okay, one of the ladies was pushy and grabby, interrupting everything we tried to touch, stopping us from helping ourselves, and at one point literally stepping between us and the food and told us we had to wait. The room looked nice, until we noticed the thick layer of mold on the curtains, and what appeared to be old blood stains on everything. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, we slept awful.

I had a super nice stay, but coke machine on my level did not work. Would go back if in the area.

Could use an updating but otherwise it was fine.

Room was subpar and the furniture was battered and from 1990. The staff had signs about pressure washing the building but did not say anything about the continuous beeping of the truck outside our rooms. The curtains did not close well enough to keep the light out. The bathroom light was on a timer and shut off while I was showering. It was dangerous and pitch black until I could call my husband to come back in to set off the motion. Very unrestful night and bed was very uncomfortable with a plastic pee pee pad on it which made you sweat. This was all in addition to the poor mold in the bathroom and other issues in the room. Needs to be updated in the current century.

Unfortunately, we got the “ room that allows pet to stay” and that was the only room left on the ground floor.We’d opted to stay on the second or 3rd level but w got heavy luggages and it would be very difficult for us to drag our stuff in and out of the elevator.Room is adequate but needs updating and the couch was full of pet’s fur and hair all over.The bed sheets has some pet’s hairs and odor.My skin felt itchy each time my skin touches the linens.Unfortunately, w didn’t get pictures of the hotel because we were busy sightseeing almost everyday and came back late at night

We needed a last minute room for one night and this fit the bill. Nice property, reasonably well cared for and quiet. The room was very clean, showing some wear but very comfortable. We stayed in room 402. There was one spot of mold in the caulking around the tub but not a big deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location to family nearby but the hotel room furniture was old, dirty, spotty carpeting-just no appeal. It did have a jetted tub, which was clean, and made my day after a long DIY session nearby.

Great value, very clean and very nice staff. Love the free cookies and coffee up front and very good breakfast.

TO ALL MY BROWN AND BLACK COMMUNITY BE AWARE. (A front desk agent is racist) Here’s what I faced while check in. First time at this property, checked in late around 1.30Am after traveling for 10 days. Front desk agent BRITNEY M was so rude and racist she gave us the room without checking is it clean or dirty, we went upstairs the room was super dirty , towels all over the room beds were dirty and spots on top. When I asked her to change my room which was king bed , she gave me 2 queen bed and I asked her this room is clean right ? Reply from Britney was I don’t clean room by myself. I mean seriously is this a way to talk with the guest. And also you don’t talk with guest while you’re already eating something in the back office , I spoke with her twice and she was doing the same thing. If you don’t have enough rooms of king size bed , you would have check the room before handing out the keys , if not at least learn some basic customer service as a front desk agent or as a asst general manager. If this keeps happening hotel is definitely gonna lose the business. NEVER EVER COMING BACK.

Only thing I got is the first day I came back, my room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes. I let the staff know, because I'm not trying to get charged since I don't even smoke.

Room was nice & spacious clean

I didn’t like that housekeeping was every three days. We didn’t have any face clothes or hand towels on arrival. Coffee packets were not replenished - we received one package for three days. We had no cups in the room for coffee except the original two paper cups. On the day that housekeeping did come in, they didn’t restock the coffee or the cups and they didn’t even make the bed. I was very disappointed with housekeeping services and would probably choose a different hotel in the future just for that reason. The staff there was great!

Do not stay here! The ourside of the property and lobby area are nice but the rooms are old and not maintained at all. Huge stains all over the carpet, cigarette holes in the shower curtain, missing tiles around the bath tub and looks like it's falling apart. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Dirty curtains, sofa, fridge and closet. Though the staff are very nice. But the rooms themselves are not.

The hotel has beautiful scenery . The hallways are great. The only downside to this stay was the mold. In the bathroom and above the a/c .

Comfortable for a quick stop over

It was ok but but both the dresser and the table between the beds had lost drawer pulls and were beat up looking. The hotel itself is in need of a cosmetic overall. Staff were fine and helpful when I had trouble getting lights to work. Several still didn’t. They all had slow starting obsolete CF types instead of LEDs which indicates how old they are.
