The trip was to visit family (in-laws), and we decided to check in a day early since my business in Louisiana was done a day earlier. The front desk agent who checked us in was decent and told my husband to come down and let them know we had a reservation for the next two days and see if we could keep the same room. So, Saturday am, I came down and was greeted with some hostility from the young lady who apparently had me mixed up with someone her age, the finger pointing as if to tell me to shush really caught me off guard, her rudeness and her tone in how she spoke to me told me that either she’s in the habit of treating people any kind of way or that she simple had no home training! I literally had to pull the manager to the side and speak with her about the way she treated me and then how she treated my husband! This is my 4th review because she would be the reason I never stay at another Holiday Inn!! And I know she disabled our key cards after she was spoken too!

This was my fourth time to stay in the past month. My only complaint is that last weekend on June 29th my sister and I checked in and no one told us their was an Ecoli outbreak so not to shower or brush your teeth much less don’t drink the water. We found out when we went to the ice machine and there was a note takes over the ice machine. I went to the front desk and asked for bottled water and was told I could purchase it. Later that evening my sister went to the desk and asked for a bottle of water and was told the same and she questioned them about the EColi so they gave her one bottle. Needless to say, we did not enjoy that night in the least with brushing our teeth and washing our hands with bottled water. Of course no shower. Quite disappointed in how they handled the situation. I strongly believe when we checked in we should have been notified and plenty of bottled water offered to every guest and more as needed. Additionally, I believe Holiday Inn should have comped the night.

The lady who checked us in was blah she had no personality! Other than that very nice hotel!

I stayed last week on my way to the Florida Beaches and again tonight on my return home. This Holliday Inn feels very safe. It’s quiet. It’s convenient to access and parking is easy. There is shopping nearby, although I have not visited any shops. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable which is very important to me. I have two more stays booked here for later this summer.

Check in was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and professional. We will definitely stay again.

Let me begin by saying that all of the staff were very nice. However the room left a lot to be desired. The beds were good and bedding clean. Everything else - not so much. The room hadn’t been dusted in a while and the carpet hadn’t been swept. Glad I travel with slippers because I wouldn’t have put bare feet on that floor. The remote control only partially worked - couldn’t get to the guide and the back part was missing. But the worst part was the bathroom. The tub really needed to be replaced. It was chipped and patched and had a huge rust stain near the drain. And even the body wash dispenser didn’t work well. If it hadn’t been just a one night stay I would have complained and asked for a different room. Very disappointed in this Holiday Inn property. Would not recommend.

The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was ice cold, even the temperature in the pool room was too cool to consider jumping into the frigid waters. The gym was pitiful. House keeping never came to clean our room. When I called for fresh towels, they told me I had to come down 4 floors to the reception to get them off I wanted them.

Trash in the room. Could see it just under the bed. Tub/shower was peeling. Bed was too firm, like sleeping on concrete. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The seating area outside and the sports bar!! Bartendar was awesome!!

Paid for breakfast and sat in restaurant for 20 minutes and never got waited on. One other couple in restaurant at the time. Never used our paid for breakfast! Would like a refund for this.

Property was very convenient to our travel route Friendly and helpful staff. Food at on-site restaurant was great!

The room arrangements was not i expected but it was nice

Excellent! The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable beds and plenty of room to sit at the table or reading chair. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, sent text to check to see if we had everything we needed, which was very nice. If traveling in this area we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

Close to amenities

The hotel was right in the middle of a shopping district, which made the area around very convenient for meals and entertainment. The hotel property and room was very clean, and surprisingly quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Jackson!

A hot breakfast included would have made this location a 5 ☆. Everything else was great.

The tub was slippery, it had rusty spots, and the coating was pealing off. There was not a back on the TV remote.The ironing boardand iron was not very good, and the coating on the iron was pealing off. And minnor in bed room that a flim on it.

Black mold in bathroom. Told frony desk starting to argue the issue. Wanted to fight with me about issue. I travel all tje time NEVER had a experience like this.

Property was very close to the Fair grounds. It was clean and quiet. We arrived to find that we did not have a room with two beds in it like we reserved but only a single king size. They found a roll away bed to put in the room but the sheets and pillow case had blood on them . The staff told us that the reservation is an Expedia problem and we need to contact them. Saying “we see this all the time with third party reservations”

I enjoyed the stay minus being charged extra after I checked out . No reason , no damage, nothing extra purchased. Manager was suppose to call me and never did to correct this

Second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Location is fantastic (between the Outlets, Bass Pro Shops, and MS Braves ballpark. Staff were friendly, room was clean, and the restaurant was good.

Nice property. Extremely busy and popular. First room we were given had not been made up so we were quickly assigned another room and given free breakfast for our inconvenience. Staff very attentive and caring.

The tub was slick and nothing in the bottom of the tub to stop you from falling, sink drained very slow and it looked like they were in the middle of remodeling it. Bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. The blackout shades were extremely great!!
