Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Sheets were very old bc they’re turning brownish.. sink would barely drain and was dirty. I didn’t want to eat inside the room.

The rooms were fine. The lobby needs some work. The breakfast situation is a mess. They don’t have the right tools and don’t seem to care. For example, they seem to want you to use disposable plates that are 10” but the trash can has a 6” hole. So, the customers just end up smashing plates through the hole making a giant mess. All the tables were dirty. No one wipes them during service. There were no buss tubs for silverware, so people just threw them away. Needs managed. Also the food is terrible, but these free breakfasts have a very low bar. Recommend to walk across street to fresh market.

GPS didn't work when I used the hotel address and it was stressful. I called and the clerk wasn't easy to understand, but I finally figured out that she wanted me to type in the name of the hotel instead of the address. When I checked in, I explained what happened to two people because I thought they might want to know and contact someone about getting it fixed and they didn't seem to care.

Was for out of state family medical & legal. Hyatt place was very clean and comfortable considering the somber event. Very comforting

Bad check in and equally bad checkout. Pmease at front desk at night time were terribly trained and had no clue what they were doing. Upon check out they could not give me my invoice since they marked my payment method as cash despite the fact I paid with my credit card.

I have stayed at a hyatt hotel many times before and their offerings were excellent. This time was average at best. Breakfast was substandard; and the eating area was small and not very accomadating. The refridge in my king suite wasn't cooling very well and we didn't have a microwave.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low!! Very hard to rinse off soap. And it was impossible to try to shampoo your hair

Great location with options to walk to for dinner. We were just passing through on a longer trip and it served it's purpose as a safe and clean place to rest. Only downside was the breakfast had very few options.

Wasn't told about the room cleaning and was shocked to return to an uncleaned room. The breakfasts were downright awful, powered eggs and bacon? Wish I hac known about these changes, I never would have returned. Back to Embassy Suites I go. By the way, you all saved enough in the two days I was there to pad a couple pockets. $$$$ I could have stayed with the homeless and gave them the money.

I won’t be staying at this hotel again. There isn’t a microwave. The room was way too small. And for what you’ve paid for the room, you would think the amenities would be there. The only good thing about this hotel is the location

We got bedbugs from our stay. My wife's feet were fine in the evening. When she woke up she was covered in bites on her feet. Upon, pulling the sheets back we could see bugs.

Nice property. Nice staff. I get there and the room they give me someone else is already in that room. Go to front desk and it took them almost an hour to get me into another room. Talking about the accounts merged somehow. So my credit card name etc attached to a room someone else staying in. Finally get it straight we r in the room. Stay another night also booked through Expedia. They charge my card for the the room that was prepaid thru this site and a deposit hold. If I was traveling it could really mess someone up. Ended up having to dispute the room charged by my bank. They clearly need to retrain their staff

Staff is rude and not helpful the rooms aren’t cleaned properly they refused a refund laughed at the travel agent and was rude to him as well. The first room was 519 which had used soap in the soap holder blood or some substance on the towels. The second room was the same unclean not able to shower just over all a terrible experience.

I’m not going to lie, I was disappointed. The staff was great, but the room, although it was clean, left something to be desired. The refrigerator did not work, there was no microwave, I had to go down to the lobby to use the one there. Some of the outlets did not work. I went down to the lobby at 7 am for breakfast, there was hardly anything there to eat. The overall facility was nice, the staff was certainly friendly and helpful, but there was certainly room for improvement.

The hotel was very mid. The room was small. The bathroom door was awkward. The shower door did not stay closed. The towels were low quality. We asked to get our room refreshed while we were out and housekeeping did not clean the floor nor take out the trash. My husband went to front desk to let them know and she did come back and vacuumed. On Saturday 6/15, the breakfast was supposed to be ready by 7 a.m. At 8, the breakfast still wasn’t out. The assistant manager apologized and offered a complimentary bottle of water which we thought was a joke. Friendly staff, just needs to upgrade in quality.

Breakfast was sad. Hard boiled eggs were sour/spoiled, very sparse choices for the rest. A very strong “sandle-wood” smell piped throughout the hotel gave me a headache. Workout room was ok and cleaning staff nice. Good use of space in the king room.
