Room wasn't really clean, although comfortable.

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed. All areas of the property seemed to be clean. The room was a bit cold for my liking. With the heat set to 80 degrees, the room didn't get above 73 degrees. The tile floor by the window (next to the bed) was very cold.

In really good shape selection of breakfast was very poor condition and property. Extremely nice was still under construction.

We booked this hotel because it said they had a lounge. It did not. Breakfast area was filled with drywall dust.

Got our room, has tiny square couch pillows as bed pillows. Go to take a shower there's a giant clump of woman's hair stuck to the wall, so clearly the shower wasn't cleaned. The couch has what appear to be blood stains on it or aowm foreign red dye stain. Wish I wouldve read reviews before booking.
Never again. Find someplace else.

Shared pictures with manager and he said oh, was everything else ok with your stay? No concern for repair or apologies. This made me feel like it’s the standard I should expect. I will now be seeking somewhere different for my hotel stays.

Very clean, nice executive decor, but a little cold feeling with hard floors in the rooms. Rugs next to the bed would be a nice touch. Hot shower was a plus, some places are lukewarm at best. Bathroom area lacked in toiletries - no lotion or facial soap. Bed was saggy in the middle.

It's a good hotel to stay in. I wouldn't not recommend staying here. But if you find a nicer option for a little more price, go with it. Started with the pool. It was clean basic pool. But when everyone was done there was no towels. They said they were in the laundry :/ . Room was pretty clean but we did find some bits arround left over from the previous guest and the room was kinda weird. The bathroom sink was separate from the bathroom. So you gotta finish your business and come out the room and wash up. We didn't really like that setup. No microwave and no laundry so those are important for you then you need an upgrade. Breakfast was very basic. Don't expect miracles here. You'll have food to eat but nothing special. All in all staff seemed a bit unorganized and they would be complaining about the guests so that was nice to hear.

Considering what an awful day it was for the manager because all the computers were down, they did their best. We eventually did get rooms we had paid for. Felt bad for the manager. Tried to keep people happy despite lots of problems that were not her fault.

Our organization booked a 4-day and 3-night stay for a couple of our guests visiting from out of state. Their bathroom flooded and they reported it. The staff at the hotel said there was nothing immediate they could do and gave the impression that they were not sure they could fix it at all due to it being a weekend. They did report that it was fixed upon their return back to the hotel later that day; however, they were offended by how they were treated. We have been doing a lot of business with this specific hotel and now I'm concerned about booking here going forward. I also had a gift basket their for one of my guests and by the time I picked it up, the staff had eaten the majority of it.

This hotel looks brand new. It was clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was ok. This Hyatt is debuting a new breakfast plan/menu. It had breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and bread. The food was good but some of the sandwiches were hard and the egg bites were dry due to the method they used to keep them warm, in a pan on a cooktop, but if they figure that out the food would be good. My only complaint is the AC unit in the room is so loud, but even with that I would stay here again.

Recently remodeled and comfortable hotel is conveniently located close to a lots of restaurants and other places for all your needs. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the complimentary hot breakfast each morning was a great start of the day. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I appreciated the free WiFi, parking, fitness center, and the indoor pool. I’d definitely stay here again

This is one of my favorite Hyatt place hotels, and I am a Hyatt member. I have stayed in this particular hotel at least four or five times before. When I arrived on Wednesday afternoon, I was informed that there was not a room for me. And since I booked an Expedia, it was fully paid for in advance. I was meeting other people and had dinner plans and had my son with me, and I was told there was no room because the housekeeping staff had not been able to clean the rooms the day before. I insisted that we figure something out and ended up checking into a room that had not been cleaned but had been occupied the night before. I changed the sheets myself and cleaned up and brought in towels because I did not have any other options and again was traveling with my son.

Hotel was nice enough but not what I’d expect from a Hyatt property. Things were low or missing in my room and were not refilled despite asking the front desk before I left for the day. There were no USB ports for charging anywhere in the room which seemed strange to me.

Overall good..clean, friendly, safe, good location.
My colleague and i chose this location because it indicated that it had a restaurant, it does not. It also doesnt have microwaves in room which, for my work travel habits would have offset the restaurant.

Hotel was clean the one staff member we encountered was friendly and help. I am a plant lover and ALL of the plants in the lobby and near the elevator need serious attention. That has no baring on the stay just made a plant lady sad lol
