I have nothing good to say about my experience with booking here.

Quick check-in, room was clean and spacious. No issues with parking. I would recommend to assiciates.

Staff was nice..bed was small and yall need coffee machines

Great for what was needed. The Waffle House nearby was super convenient!

It wasn’t the best

This location literally stole my hard earned money twice by allowing me to not allowing me to check in after receiving my payment for the room. THE 1st time they refused to check me in because I arrived at 12:05 am for my reservation. Apparently they don't check people in after midnight? This policy is not listed anywhere in the booking confirmation or information presented at the time of booking. The second time this location Stole My Money and refused service was when I arrived yesterday to check in at appropriately 6 p.m. and was told I was on a band list of customers and that they would be refusing me service. My intuition is that they did this because I left them a negative review after my last experience. Either way, they are not allowed to continue to accept my money without providing service.

Room was smelly. There were hidden pays - pay extra for clean towel, wifi (if more than 2 devices) etc. No room cleaning service offered throughout the 1 week I was there

Horrible bait and switch! Long story short - NOTHING like the description or pitctures, which the check-in guy acknowledged! No coffee, coffee pot, no ice, no dishes, no silverware, NOTHING, not even shampoo. He told us we could drive down the street to buy what we needed, and "rent plates and silerware from them. We were lucky we had towels. In every case his words were, "some of our others locations have that, but not at this one", then finally said " we are not really a hotel". Seriously? Then what are you? The worst part? The bed was a twin - yes, one twin bed for 2 people! He laughed and said it was big enough for 2. What a joke! Even the confirmation email we received said "grab and go breakfast in the morning". NOPE! The front desk doesnt even open until 9. He was proud to tell us that most people leave before they open. Yes, we wanted to get out of this horrible place ASAP too. Never stay here! And, we wont be staying at any Extended Stay again! Expedia, you should be ashamed of yourself for selling this piece of crap and allowing them to lie to us! Not sure I'll ever trust your site again.

this place had roaches alot of illegal activity going on in that building the staff was very rude to me it was not a safe environment would not recommend this hotel for anybody

There was no one at the desk. I had to call to have someone come out. They would not let me check in because I did not have my license. I recently returned from Europe and it was still in my suitcase at home. The person I was sharing the room with was not allowed to take over the reservation. We were not allowed a room. Left us stranded!! This was my second time trying to check into a hotel in Fort Myers with trouble. Last time I slept in a Fiat in the parking lot. This time a friend let us crash at their place.

It was ok as I expected.

Shockingly horrible, I ended up not staying even though I paid for the room. I checked into my room, found that it had not been made up from the last guest. When I asked to switch to a clean room, the front desk woman told me she wouldn’t because room changes are not allowed! I really thought she was kidding. Then she slammed the roll down door on me and I had to leave to go find another hotel at 10:45 at night. I will be getting a refund and telling the manager all about it.

We found two flukes on the bed, the room was dirty also and found two empty water bottles between the bed and the wall….

The property was very comfortable for us in the days we stayed.

I read a lot of negative comments about this hotel, but honestly you get what you pay for. This was among the cheapest in the area. It did not have a pool, in room coffee maker, bedside USB charger ports, or breakfast in the lobby (donuts and coffee). If you need those things you should keep looking.

I arrived 10.30 pm the attendant was in a horrible mood asked for some soap said they don't have, my room bed was dirty and stinky really bad. I couldn't sleep with the terrible smell of the bed I left a soonest sun came up. I should be compensated for even taking more time to do this review.

Good enough for a place to stay.

Aria was ridiculous. Fire alarm went off and had to wait to get back into room until fire department came out. Room conditions were not good. And didn't know it was a $100 deposit until I got there. I don't like surprises 😨 I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in! The website said there was a Grab and Go Breakfast. There was none! There was a refrigerator and small kitchenette area. There were no dishes, glassware or silverware. No coffee was available anywhere on the property. We were told we had to pay for fresh towels. We had to go buy towels, a coffeemaker and cooking utensils. The front desk was very rude! We, honestly have never stayed in a place like this!

It was terrible no hot wayer couldnt shower my son nor myself the night we arrived they changed my room the following morning and when we got back from the park i had no hot water in that room either had to wait 2 hours to shower.

We arrived a half hour before check in. No one was at the desk and scruffy man came out and pointed to the check in sign and said “can’t people read”. We came back after 3 and a man behind desk told us we needed a 100.00 deposit. We had already paid for room or would have left because he was rude also. He didn’t know if room was ready and couldn’t find anyone. After several attempts of him using computer and trying to find housekeeping, we went to the room. There were no washcloths. We asked for one and they only had one left! The floor was so filthy our white socks were black. The rate was insane. 361.00 for two days, so we expected more than a bed, bathroom, and tiny tv. There was nothing there that would enable anyone to extend a stay. If your choice is there or your car, stay in the car. We took pictures of the room when we left, in case we don’t get our 100.00 deposit back.

I wish there was something nice to say about this hotel... but there simply is not. From the room only having what can be described as a barracks style cheap full sized mattress to the complete lack of Extended Stay amenities - kitchen utensils, cookware - literally not a single cup, pot, pan, or fork to be found. When i asked about ice, i was told there was a convenience store nearby. It quite possibly may have been the worst hotel room i have ever encountered. College dorms have more to offer.
