A beautiful hotel, with amazing staff!! Super friendly and helpful. One of the front desk ladies could even speak French as well as English and Italian! Can’t recommend the stay enough. Pictures online didn’t do it justice! The pool is stunningly beautiful, garden as well. The gym was large and clean. All around a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! They even upgraded our room for free. The cleaning staff were always on top of keeping our room spotless and stocked up. Not many places do a daily deep clean, we were impressed! You won’t regret staying here!

Excellent property with friendly staff and a great pool, right accross from the beach. It's in the heart of Maiori, so there was a little noise at night, but to be expected from such a location. Excellent overall experience.

The staff was very helpful. They allowed us to change our room to a room with a balcony. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The dinner service and menu was great.

Specifically booked hotel since it said it has air conditioning, wheb we asked we were told No air conditioning until June. Our room would get very warm.

View of the water and falling asleep to the waves was amazing. Staff was very nice and spoke good english. All included breakfast was delicious and they had eggs for breakfast which our other hotels didnt.

First off this was extremely clean at all times. Maids cleaned every day. The staff was more than accommodating and spoke English which helped a lot. We walked to the ferry port in 10min along the beach and 10min to the tower. Beautiful place, breakfast was great , along with the staf. Thank you for making this stay memorable. Will be back one day!

All good ither than the hotel put us in a handicapped room for 1 night, we never asked for that. The 2nd day they moved us to a very nice room for the rest of our stay.

Great stay - we were only there for two hours before we added an extra night to our stay. The view rooms were spectacular. Full 180 degree view of the bay across the street. Beach access provided for a small fee, limited food and beverage from the beach - however many markets and carts on the boardwalk. Pool was cool and refreshing. Very quiet as well. Didn’t eat at the restaurant except for breakfast which was typical of the area with many pasty options. Staff - 10/10 for any and all needs. Ciao!

The moment my husband and I walked through the door the staff couldn't have been nicer. The place exceeded our expectations. The continental breakfast was exceptional the dining experience in the surrounding areas was fantastic. We ventured out to other areas but found that this hotel and this location was the only place to be and we could have stayed a lot longer than we did. We stayed three nights so very relaxing. You will not make a mistake by staying at this wonderful hotel and area.

I don’t know if my review can even slightly explain how great this place is, but I will try. The staff was amazing, taking our car and luggage very early in the morning before we could even check in. The pool was very relaxing and I loved all of the lemon trees and plants around it. The private beach looked amazing although we did not use it (only because of other plans for the day). The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Will recommend to others to stay here as I would again.

The hotel is located just by the beach, next to the main restaurant street. The swimming pool is very nice, and the breakfast is very good. The standard rooms are very small, we upgraded to a superior room - a very different experience. Service was ok, but we had a lot of problems with transport. We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to pick us up at the airport, it came 40 minutes late - after I had called several times. No excuse when we arrived at the hotel. Then we were leaving, we ordered a taxi (to go to Positano) - we where told that it would come in 20-30 minutes, after 4 hours waiting we gave up / and arranged transport ourselves. Again, no excuse from the hotel. We took a coffe while waiting (after a few hours), we also had to pay for that. So: Nice hotel, nice stay, but the hotel needs to take responsibility also for the transport service.

Maiori is a very small but nice town on the Amalfi coast, hotel was beautiful and the pool was terrific, very relaxing 4 days in our vacation

The staff was helpful and friendly. I paid for a balcony with sea view room. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying some peace, tranquility and a view of the sea. The hotel should have a better description! It was an obstructed view of the sea. It was a view of the main road, with cars and pedestrians. There was a bus stop. One night the police pull over a driver and they conducted a vehicle search, while I watched from my “sea view room” I was very disappointed. I went on vacation to find some quietness. Be aware! The description of the room should be city view with obstructed view of the sea! The beds are very very uncomfortable! It was hard to get a good nights rest.

Staff were attentive. Lovely location on the Amalfi Coast and easy to get to other more touristic spots via boat - and very cheap ! The Hotel facilities were very good for a 4*, our children loved the pool - two diving boards. The private beach across the way was busy but fine ! The stones underfoot less so !

The hotel location is in the heart of Maiori across the road from the beach. The intersection with the main tourist attractions could be busy at times, but it did not bother us at all.. We stayed on the 4th floor. Very comfortable stay - elevator, big beach-front view room with large balcony and AC. King-size and tween beds. It felt like the hotel was relatively recently renovated. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was more than any continental breakfast could offer. Pool is decent size, clean and well-maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs around and it is free. Beach is located across the road from the hotel. It is private and everyone pays to access it - €50/day first, €45/day second, €35/day third row and so forth. For that you get 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. There is a small cafe with a sitting area where you can order limited menu food and drinks. The beach is also available for other people, who are not the hotel’s patrons. We had an excellent stay overall. Staff were welcoming, helpful and the room was clean and were well set up for a family room. There was a dinner and DJ set on the Saturday night which made getting to sleep hard, but other than that it was excellent.

Great central location and very clean! It can be loud especially on weekends. Also good to note beach access will cost extra and pool has very limited hours: 10am-6pm only.

Staff & service was exceptional!!!

The staff was so kind and welcoming. They truly made our first visit to the Amalfi coast so wonderful. They even helped us book an exciting day trip to Pompei and Mt. Vesuviano! The property was in a great central area, close walk to the beach, restaurants and ferry port. I could not recommend the Reginna Palace more. We will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great selection of food at breakfast time and the evening meal were also very good.

Property is nice, pool was still chilly and not sure if it’s supposed to be a hot tub but water is cold. The terrace has amazing views I wish we discovered it earlier. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was super tiny and the beds and pillows so uncomfortable but we found that in other hotels in Italy as well.

The reservation system is a bit sketchy. When we arrived they lost one reservation and did not have a room ready for the second reservation. The rooms are small with minimal amenities and had no air conditioning. Our room was being remodeled and it took two days to get a mirror in the bathroom. The staff was as accommodating as possible given the situation. It sure this would rate as a four star but the staff made up for it.

Property is a bit old, but the ammenitis all work, room size was quite good and the location is excellent. Get a room with oceanview, its really worth it.
