We were delighted with the property. It was so spacious and tastefully decorated. The amenities were in abundance. The cleanliness was excellent. Loved that we had the outdoor space to enjoy too. My two teenage sons thought it was fantastic and enjoyed the space it afforded them. Our only (slight ) negative was that the menu at the Sugar Cafe was misleading. It was very expensive for what we were given. By the time we had our sitting they had run out of a lot of the ingredients; they were brilliant in that they still made us meals out of what they had, however there was no adjusting the bill and it was very expensive. Added to the fact they charged in USD which was misleading. If we are lucky enough to return to Barbados we would definitely be returning to Beach View ! Thank you !

Lovely quiet hotel with nice pools short walk to stunning beach

We loved our stay here, the family that run it were so helpful and friendly location is excellent to get to beaches and easily get buses around the island. We were able to hire a car on site for a few days which was convenient. The Thursday night sundowner drinks at their home were an excellent touch and we got to meet people.

We usually stay in full service hotels. Last visit to Barbados was 2022 at The Sandpiper, private beach front hotel. It was great, and so was this stay at Beach View. Ok, as the name suggests it is not on the beach, but very close. All beaches on the west coast are suffering from erosion, so it is hard to rate a place based on this. We have been coming to Barbados for 15 years and see the change. If you really want big Sandy beaches, this is no longer the island. If you want friendly acceptance of tourists, it still is. This hotel ticks all the boxes for a base to work from. Really good spec rooms. Great gardens, gate to highway across road from beach, full security, although you don’t feel you need it. Owner is often on site sorting things. Great Value for Money. If you want room device and a butler, this is not the one. If you want quality room / restaurant and three great rooms, opposite the Cliff and QP Bistro, it’s great. We were very pleased with out 5 night stay

Very clean

We had an amazing holiday. Although the site is larger than I thought, it retained a feeling of family. All the staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended

Some disappointing issues were the traffic noise in the villa and the beach while reasonably close was not that big or user friendly.On the good side the hotel had 3 pools which enabled us avoid noisy kids.Disappointing that there were no hire cars available on the island .One really good point was the villa terrace where we could sit and actually see the ocean.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel in a great location and pools/grounds well looked after. Run very professionally and also family owned so lots of really nice and thoughtful touches throughout. Handy to have a little kitchen for making breakfast too! Gym is a bit small and could do with a little bit of a revamp. That said the gym was perfectly useable and it did not negatively impact my holiday.... Also I was the only one in the most of the time. I would recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa - spacious, clean, fully equipped self catering accommodation. Couldn’t fault it at all.

I was only staying in Barbados for 1 night and really wished I’d booked for longer. This hotel has spacious rooms with full kitchen facilities, prior to arrival you can buy a grocery package or beers or wine. There was tea and coffee in the room and even a small jug of fresh milk so that I could enjoy my tea in the morning. I would definitely recommend booking the hotel transfer prior to arrival, sadly I did not and the line for taxis was long, most of them don’t accept credit cards and it cost the same price as what the hotel were quoting. I ended up having to make a stop at a mall for an ATM.

Fantastic stay at Beach View, great facilities and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends as a reasonably priced hotel, great location to stay in Barbados.

We stayed in the Passion Fruit 1 bedroom suite and also took the deluxe breakfast package. We were so impresses with the room, it was loterally a "home away from home". Being able to sot and dine on the balcony with a full view of the pool and ocean were one of the highlights of our room.

Me and my family absolutely loved this place it was like home from home for us everything was perfect that staff are amazing friendly and work hork to keep this place looking beautiful I never got tired of the views from balcony of sea we will be back.

The hotel is clean, spacious rooms and in lovely grounds, staff very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. However, there is very limited dining within the hotel. The Sugan Apple Cafe has limited options (same and little choice for breakfast), lunch and dinner although good quality food again limited with choice. Surrounding area has v few restaurants that are good so requires taxis or bus. Instead of having four pools the hotel could transform some of these into bar/restaurants and keep just one or two pools. This would also liven up the atmosphere. If you are looking for somewhere very quiet and tranquil this is the place. In summary, lovely hotel, but needs more dining options.

Beds are hard as a rock, dining options are horrible, no local food options for breakfast or dinner. Please revise menu and beds. Staff was extremely friendly and professional!

everything was fine. My only concern was the location. it was not as closed as I thought from the locations I had to go. But the set-up there is great and staff friendly and attentive.

The property has 4 pools, good restaurant, and walkable area. Only minus was the beach, it was still pristine but no amenities at the beach, and not too much beach. Overall it was great

This is a great place! We had a 2br suite with beach view and loved it. We only wish our stay could have been longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at beach view it’s situated in a prime position for visiting all the other resorts along the coast with Holetown close by The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend

LARGE SUITE WITH AN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM. VERY CLEAN & VERY QUIET.

Quality apartments in a spacious and beautifully kept site. Decent quality restaurant and hut for coffee and drinks, close to the largest of the 4 pools. Excellent staff. Significant road noise for four of the sea view buildings, and some exhaust fumes noticeable around the two pools adjacent to the road. Separated from the beach by a very busy road, but beach chairs provided for guests. Limited number of other bars and restaurants within walking distance. The site would benefit from an early evening bar for guest to mingle but, overall, a very spacious, high quality holiday site, with excellent staff.

The staff here are so friendly and really add to the atmosphere. The front of house staff gave great recommendations on things to do. Housekeeping is incredible.

Loved my room at Beach View as it had a full size kitchen, living room, and patio with pool view AND great air conditioning units. Service staff were amazing. Lots of eating places within walking distance that were priced better (and tastier) than hotel restaurant. Only suggestion - hotel needs to upgrade it's air conditioning unit in the exercise room (gym) as it did not work effectively. Plenty of exercise options outside however challenging to workout outside due to heat and humidity.

The prop[erty had a lush lanscape it was very cleanand quaint and the service was great. Pools were all nice. It lacked maybe a little entertainment.
