This place was absolute luxury!! amazing location and so spacious. The views were absolutely devine. The best part of the stay was the care by the managers Fran, Dorothy and Ruby. Fran made sure we were ALWAYS looked after and helped us plan and book all our adventures in and around the WHITSUNDAYS!!

We loved our stay at the Peninsula apartment - the view was spectacular, the apartment clean and beautifully furnished, and we loved being able to walk along the boardwalk to Cannonvale in one direction and Coral Seas Marina in the other. Would stay here again.

Fran & Paul were extrenely welcoming. We booked fit my birthday & for my parents visiting from UK. on arrival we were tild our room had been changed to Frans favourite apartment, Panorama. When we were shown into the apartment, all i can say is WOW! What a view, what an aoartment, bith absolutelt stunning! Fran had also ledt me a beautiful hamper of bubbles & cheese, crackers & nibbles, and on our beds a bar of tobelerone! Amazing managers, stunning apartment, we will definately be back!

Location was good. Felt safe and place was clean. Our unit had great views with a large balcony.
Property was rated 5 star with a price to match. But the condition in our unit was not five star. Our bed in the master bedroom sank in the middle leaving me with a bad lower back pain. The ceiling with holes where the fans were moved should have been patched. The lounge furniture was old and therefore uncomfortable for tv viewing.
The staff at reception (Paul & Francine) were excellent in their service.

Thank you, Francine and Paul, for making our stay so memorable and fantastic. We made such a wise decision to stay there recently while visiting that area from the United States. What an astonishing view of mother nature! We truly loved it...What best it can be if you see so many Sea Turtles and rich marine life every day from the balcony of your room!! Paid for different property and got completely different one (not included in photos that advertised that unit). Owner/manager created drama because we asked for baby cot. Something that suppose to be a pinnacle of our trip made me disappointed. Overall in my opinion not worth what they asking for… will never visit again.

We were in apartment 34 and had the most amazing views. It felt like we were on a boat on the water with 180 degrees panorama views. The apartment was incredible too, the most spacious and opulent we've ever stayed in. It was a sheer joy and perfect for a honeymoon. So close to the heart of Airlie Beach with great shopping and dining. The hotel had a call button to bring a taxi promptly within 5 minutes generally and a one-way fare was only around $7-8 on average into town. Onsite management, Francine and her husband were the perfect hosts. So friendly and helpful which made our stay even more a pleasure. A honeymoon package greeted us in our apartment with champagne and various treats which was very kind. We would definitely return in a blink of an eye and recommend this accommodation to anybody looking for a very special place to stay in the heart of the Whitsundays!

Huge apartment, ideal for families however not much around in terms of food or entertainment. Needed attention to detail when it came to cleaning as we had to wash pillow cases ourselves before use and other general wiping etc

Amazing & well-appointed property in a great location. The only let-down was the pool. The kids didn't seem to care but as adults we wouldn't spend all day down there - it's almost a plunge pool compared to the rest of the complex.

But we found a big dead beetle body on the small living room window ledge. The worst thing is master bedroom sheet had lots of black moldy spots around size of 40cm x 40cm on it and couldn’t be wiped off( We have taken pictures for that).
Room looks quite new, but we couldn’t see through the walls or the floor. If you tick this property, you must be careful using this property which you may have unexpected surcharge from management such as plumber fee.

I was very unimpressed with this place during my stay there. First of all the reception was only open from 8 - 5 and there were no phones in the room for room service. They didn’t clean the room at all and didn’t provide new towels. The pool was very small. The location was a 15 minutes walk from Airlie Beach which was ok in the morning but definitely not recommended at night. There were also not many restaurants and places to eat around the place and it didn’t even have a cafe.
Now, to be fair there were a number of positives with this place. The view was absolutely stunning, there was free parking and the internet was really great. They let us check in around 11 even though check in time was 2.

Check in was stressful. Step one, get through gate. Sign said to press #9 on intercom. Problem: after long search, intercom not found. Learned later that cyclone debbie had destroyed it. Fine, but that was 2 years ago. Eventually got in but stress was already incurred. Room was ok but lighting was harsh on the eyes. (Cheap lamps). Dead plants make poor decorations.

Airlie Beach is a great little resort - little shops and bars/restaurants to cater for every taste and all within walking distance (although if you need a cab, the service was fab too). We booked into the Peninsular very much on a last minute whim but it was well worth doing - great apartments, really spacious and airy, very clean and well furnished for a comfortable stay. The views across the bay and marina are special.
Above all, though, the service was great. So welcoming and helpful, nothing was any trouble, made us feel at home straight away. Would like to have stayed longer - maybe next time!
