Great location near Hi Ibiza. Two bathrooms for two bedrooms was nice. They cleaned the room daily. The man in the lobby selling tickets was amazing, totally set us up for a fabulous week and have great advice.

Sheets are so thin and worn the bed was not comfortable. Towels were also really old and small. Incredibly noisy in some rooms. We were right on top of a bar that didn’t close till 6am. The pool areas and beach access closed at 8pm which is very early when you consider sun sets after 9pm. Pool bar only accepted cash. You had to PAY for a pool lounger in the hotel you are staying at?? Never had that before.

the only thing I liked was the location.

rude staff, I been robbed at the pool and no one did nothing, also even to seat at the chair at the pool u need to pay.

the staff were helpful when needed and very polite. the hotel was close to most of the clubs we were visiting.

the advertisement says there’s a pool at property. but they don’t tell you about the 20 euro charge just to sit round the pool. The room was infested with ants, the room was never cleaned the whole stay, marks from our shoes that occurred the first night was still on the floor at the end of the trip. Comfort of the beds wasn’t great, the plugs were on the other side of the room to the beds too so struggled to charge items. Room just didn’t feel clean and was run down. won’t be staying again.

The location was perfect. The view were amazing.

First we got 183 studio but after a night we had to change the flat because the water pipe was just above us and it was really loud. But thankfully the staff were so nice and they let us change the place.

You can hear any noise from outside and sometimes it s almost impossible to sleep The room was dark and old, stuck in the 80's Wi-fi and the hair dryer didn't work and the worst thing, I had ants in my room

The staff was really friendly, they guided us in terms of the locations, where to go and also getting the taxi. The location of the hotel was good.

We visited in off season so there were no parties during that time, apart from that no concerns from the hotel and the staff, everything was good

Everything except that they did not have any live music or DJ or pool party as described on the website
