Good location on the edge of the town.Good pool area with loads of sunbeds and umbrellas.Lovely views from the pool area. Air conditioning in the room was not able to cool the room. A fan was supplied but this barely improved the situation resulting in three uncomfortable nights.Room 46 Air con needs an upgrade.

Staff was very accommodating

This place was great value for your money. Very lovely service, and DELICIOUS food! The dinners were absolutely fantastic! Like other reviewers said, the place is outdated - but honestly, it did not bother me at all. Everything was comfortable.

Hotel is clean and check in quick. The breakfast is average. It is close to town and it was convenient to get to town for dinner. Only downside is the room is a bit small for 3 of us, beside that overall it is good.

The service was very good and the breakfast was superb! We are hiking and was able to find the hotel easily and was close to town. The views were spectacular from the deck.

The overall experience was great ! The view is insane ,,, breakfast is done very well with almost to much to choose from. Will always make it a point to stay there when in Tuscany. Would highly recommend this property.

Check in was quite rude. No amenities were explained to us by the gentleman at the front desk. Our request for a specific room was also not granted (even though it was our wedding anniversary). The hotel is a bit run down with old furniture and our bed was not comfortable. The balcony view of the pool and countryside was nice. Walls were rather thin but things were quiet at night. Dinner was good and our server, Andrea, was excellent and he gave us a great recommendation for a pizza place nearby for the next evening. He was the only nice staff we encountered the 2 nights we were there. Everyone else appeared to hate their jobs as well as tourists. We will not stay here again when traveling to Tuscany.

Very nice hotel with a great pool, rooms in good condition, breakfast ok, hotel staff was nice.

Room, bathroom and buffet breakfast all good. Walk to town through suburban street was easy and the town was relaxing with good walks through the streets.

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel! The pool was great and we enjoyed it very much after hot days in Siena and Montepulciano. The area is so beautiful with fields of sunflowers and it was like a painting. The staff was great and we received good recommendations of restaurants in the village - which you must visit! Would like to return and stay for more than a few days.

The beds were very tired and only one pillow each. The air conditioning and refrigerator do not work properly.

perfect location.loved the landscape of Tuscany and the town . breakfast was good. front desk personnel need to smile more and look hospitable and approachable.

Only stayed one night, but I could feel the springs in the bed and the sheets felt like sand paper. Great location, got up early to photograph a lot of highlights of Tuscany only 5 minutes away. Did not eat here so can't comment. A bit more expensive than I would've liked to pay.

Pool usage needs a swimming cap which was unusual and had to be purchased

It served as a good location for our photographic holiday in this part of Tuscany. A flexible approach by staff to early morning and late evening shoots helped greatly. Not the most luxurious of premises, it was nevertheless a bargain at the cost overall. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The hotel was occasionally let down by failure to replace useable in the rooms, but this was quickly put right when matters were raised.
