World’s smallest bathroom. This hotel needs a refresh, but is fine for what it is.

Old property that has not been upgraded, typical smell of old building. Old and redundant furniture, toilets and matteresses, even sheets and tovels need replacement, only welcoming thing was person at front desk

Location is good, close to train station, Museo Enzo Ferrari and centro. Don’t feel very safe after dark. I would not go to the park next to it even it’s daytime. Was told by front desk lady to get ticket on bus, but not every bus offers sale :-( Cleaner is rude to knock on door then quickly wants to break into your space. Need to tell front desk becoz no sign hanging at door. Why this simple issue could still happen in 2022? The worst is the unsafe grey outer window. The first night it rained and got this iron window open far and I need to almost 1/3 of my body to reach the handle and get it close. Dangerous!

Staff is not professional, the time of check out staff asking to pay extra city tax. I asked why you did not explain me time of check in. They said it is mention in reservation. I show them my reservation from hotels.com and they said they dont put advertisements on www.hotels.com, So i request hotels.com to remove their advertisement.

Very clean and practical affordable hotel in convenient Modena location. Good shower and air con worked well. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave bags after checkout until our coach to the airport left.

Stayed only one night, but everything was great. Perfect location to the train and the Enzo Ferrari museum.

Great hotel between the train station and the town centre. The room was a little tired and coud do with freshening up (especially the bathroom), other than that it was a very nice hotel and staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was average.

Extremely friendly owners. Very clean. Has a lot of amenities such as tea, coffee, water. No minibar. Bathroom and shower is tiny. Overall excellent value. View from the window straight to the sea.

The hotel was much closer to the rail station than I thought. It was also in easy access to the historical center of Modena. The room had air conditioning that worked well, and the set up was comfortable. Housekeeping came through daily replacing towels and cleaning. The WiFi was weak, but it worked and was free with the room.

Good service, nice clean room, and perfect distanse between trainstation and city.

Gabriele and a lady at the front office were extremely helpful. The lady went out of her way to help me with taxi and getting to and from San felice sul panaro.

Bed was a great size for my son and I. The room had excellent AC. Breakfast had lots of yummy choices. Front staff were amazing and helpful. Loved our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Modena is a small town so the location was close to everywhere by walking. Also the train station. Room was ok, bed was ok. Air conditioner didnt have intention of working but at the end it did :)) temperature was also fine. Cleaning was ok, just the glass tabletop in the room was dusty. It was the only problem about cleaness. Breakfast was also fine and delicious.

Clean, conveniently located close to the old town. A little bit noisy, probably due to the flooring - ceramic tiles. But overall agreeable experience.

It’s all okay but nothing more, nothing less. They’re trying to be more fancy than they are. Parking can be hard as the parking spots somewhat close to the hotel are occupied most of the times, so you might need to circle around for a good while to find parking. Or pay €20 for indoors parking in their garage.

It was great to have two rooms, perfect if traveling with family or couple and need a little space. The breakfast was nice to have. Good parking out front. Close to town.

Small room with tiny bed for one person. No real accessibility, tight lift, corridor and rooms. Big disappointment.

The hotel was fine I just had an issue with the cleanliness of the floors. Seems the floors hadnt been cleaned in a while.

Its a walking distance to the central station and the Enzo museum. But the hotel is not that great. It looks better in the pictures! The bathroom is really old and the room is outdated. But it serve its porpoise. I wouldn't go back to that hotel. I think there are better ones in the area

This hotel in the city center of Modena is a completely European hotel, in all the best ways. :) It is very near the train station and the Piazza Grande. The food options all around it are incredible, and the hotel restaurant itself was wonderful. We got a continental breakfast with our room that was fine. It wasn't exceptional but it was nice to have ham, cheese, and hard boiled egg options because I'm not fond of pastries for breakfast. The hot chocolate produced by the hot drinks machine was lovely. The staff were kind and warm, spoke good enough English, and always willing to answer questions or help us figure something out. We had a twin room with two twin beds. The beds had pretty hard mattresses, and the room was on the small side, but it was fine for our needs. The bathroom was small, as well (we are big folks and found it a little difficult to use but entirely adequate to our needs). The price was perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone traveling to the area.
