All the staff was engaged in making our stay spectacular. The property manager, the chef, the B&D director were always available. They personally were visible and engaged us continuously without getting bothersome. Best experience in years. Keep on with the good work

The place is magical and has the most beautiful views to the ocean. It's plain paradise. The staff greet you with so much respect and make you feel welcome. You get treated like a highness. It's worth every cent. I'm love with this place

Mosquitoes was inside ours villa and no one seems to care. Reported this to the management but they seems to do nothing about it.

Second time at this property this year. Love los Rocas for lunch!

As a maintenance tech I highly suggest that bayan Cabo marques takes more care of little things to keep up this high inn villas in shape and maintain it good for example the pool and the restroom tiles everything else was good

I would confirm potential guests want to be secluded. There is nothing not even on property walkable. You call the golf cart "buggy" to go to the main pool any restaurant, the lobby, the spa. It just got to be too much. Property is certainly not accessible for anyone with any minor health condition. Taxi or car & driver to go off property as there is nothing around. Maybe for honeymooners I'm not sure.

The staff was amazing! Oceanview suite was mind-blowing.

It’s a great Brayan tree hotel but I personally prefer the one in mayakoba.

Very lux hotel! I felt super safe and everything was just perfect.

The service is amazing. From the front desk, to the staff at the restaurants, everyone was great. Needed to get a covid test done to return home and they sent someone from a lab to my room! The food was the best of any hotel I've stayed. To say it's beautiful was an understatement. I will be making a return visit.

I can not say enough good about our stay here. The staff was so kind and accommodating to all of our needs. The room was beautiful and the ocean front view was spectacular. This is definitely the place to go if you need to unwind and get away from busy life. I felt very safe coming here during the Pandemic. It was remote and no crowds of people. Clean spaces ! Highly recommend!!!! We will be going back again soon .

Majestuoso santuario para descansar y relajarte. Las mejores vistas del pacifico! Atención fue impecable de todo el personal. Cocina fue fenomenal, algo elevado el precio pero vale la pena.Tengo tres sugerencias: 1) actualizar decoración interior de villas/tapiceria muebles etc. 2) Impregnar mas de aroma los espacios y habitaciones (crear un ambiente mas spa) los jabones y habitaciones lea falta mas aroma. 3) Solucionar tema de mosquitos en villas, es imposible relajarte , talvez dejar velas citronella en cada villa o algun sistema electrico mas avanzado

Banyan Tree was amazing! The service as incredible and the views were breathtaking. There are mosquitoes to consider but they try their best to minimize the inconvenience and impact of them. I was there for 4 days and probably got 4 bug bites. Overall, it’s a must stay.

We definitely liked the property as it was scenic and peaceful. The service was good overall but needed a pinch of polishing in terms of anticipating guest needs. The draw backs- the mosquitoes were UNBEARABLE you literally had to drench yourself in insect repellent to leave your villa to go anywhere on the property. Also, there was no fun entertainment or bar area near or close to the lobby...we're used to a more fun and vibrant reception when we check in. We staye in the Spa King Villa and weren't able to utlize the spa area in the villa for massge due to covid- they weren't offering in villa service...beware...just book a regular villa. Overall our experience was good but definitely not the quality of other Banyan locations ie the Playa Del Carmen location is waaaaaaay better.

Fantastic location for the sunsets & tranquility. Lovely resort with great restaurants, spa and amenities. In villa dining and overall service was great. However, just a heads up that it is quite a distance (& taxi cost) if you want to leave to go to other restaurants or places. It's a great spot for bird watching but there's other wildlife too such as ants & mosquitoes that are not so welcome! Note that "ocean view" can mean you just get a partial view of the ocean...for the money charged that does seem a bit cheeky. But overall, a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Great for couples. The international restaurant is not very good but the other two are great. Service is excellent. If you have the money, it is the best hotel in Acapulco.

Beautiful place and outstanding service! Our room had an amazing view. We had delicious meals all time with excellent views and great attention to every single detail. The perfect spot to rest and pamper yourself in every single way. The place to be!!!

Everything was awesome at this place.. starting with the staff.. each and every person is so nice and ready to help you with big smile.. location is amazing and beautiful.. the most important part of my stay that made us amazed is their food.. I am vegetarian and most of the places I go I don’t find good food easily but here my husband just told them that we are vegetarian and then they brought their executive chef to meet us and to know what we like. From day one they made every single time special food for us and very delicious food that I never enjoyed anywhere. Their management and front staff is also amazing and so caring.. love everything about this stay.. would definitely recommend to everyone and we will go there again for sure in future..
