Great hotel… is within a comercial plaza
You have everything on hand … there’s a 7eleven convenient store , Carls Jr, different stores in the property
Also is located close to big avenues

We enjoyed the stay! The bedroom was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was deli-deli, house keeping does daily cleaning unless it’s declined and friendly staff. We loved our stay and the wonderful views of the city from the hotel.

This hotel needs a complete remodeliing. It starts looking old and accumulating smell. My room 504 was actually quite smelly. Food also needs to be improved.

First of all i wasnt happy with leaving a credit card and not being able to charge to the room. Secondly i wasnt happy with paying for breakfasts, even though i paid for them through the reservation and thirdly we ordered margaritas Sunday evening and the cost for 6 ounces of a drink was outrageous for a drink, comon and thats after trying to figure out what i was charged. The property never answered an email beforehand and the complimentary drinks we never received.
Overall, ill never stay at another fiesta inn

The view was amazing and the location right above the shopping centers and restaurants is great. Amazing place to just go down and enjoy some party time at the bar and clubs and amazing for just walking around and enjoying the freshly made bread and amazing people.

The hotel and views from the hotel are amazing. The pool is also great with an amazing view of the city and mountains. Very clean rooms. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend it.

Person at the front desk was rude and confrontational, which surprised us, as they are usually very friendly and professional. The complimentary (non-alcoholic) drinks that we are usually greeted with as Expedia Gold members were not honored in full. When I tried to explain that we stay at this property regularly and never had this happen before, we were immediately shut down rudely with a disrespectful comment. We will continue to prefer this property for our Monterrey trips but hopefully management takes notice and properly train their younger inexperienced staff.

Hotel needs attention from a maintenance team. Many things don’t work as they should such as bathroom lights (shut off after like 1 minute), ac unit can’t keep up if temps above 90 outside, only 1 of 2 main elevators working all week, pool deck has many week spots and boards sticking up, also is painted gloss black! Rooms leaks water when raining hard from window area. You can see all kinds of things that are not done properly all over and just quick fixes at best for many things. This hotel should be offered at about $60/night as is at most.

The hotel is on a shopping center which is convenient if you want to buy or dine without leaving the property........There is no free parking you have to buy a card to access the parking and its a bit confusing but it should nt be if the front desk explains you how to used it and that is the problem they did nt tell me how it works and i had to buy several cards

Very nice hotel with a private elevator and great selection of restaurants.

Reservation in junior suite 1422;
Toilet water supply valve would not turn on;
Had to fill toilet tank with water from the vanity faucet, fortunately there were two glasses;
Many dining options nearby including Starbucks;
But also noisy nightlife so be ready;
Elevators can be busy;
No VIP upgrades;

Hotel is good but it's located in a mall where one of the resturants is very loud until way past midnight.

Excellent location and easy access, close proximity to entertainment and restaurants.
Only problem we had was temperature in room was not working properly although calling maintenance they would go the system seems needs updating to fix the problem, otherwise all was great.

Depending on the floor it has an amazing view, we were on the 17th floor.
The towels were too old and looked dirty, the iron was not working so we requested a new one, some plugs had no electricity.
For me it the price was over the quality of the services.
