The staff at Hyatt are very attentive and polite. Makes you feel as if you are at your home away from home.

Front desk and the dinning staff wonderful house keep rude and nasty and didn’t clean the room to busy giggling with workers 0 out of 10 for housekeeping 10-10 rest of staff

great experience - close to all retailers and food spots. Staff was very friendly and resourceful.

The stay was good. There was an issue with our bathroom light not working properly. That was our only issue. Everything else was good.

Clean and beautiful hotel. I loved it was just off the beaten path by itself but 2 minutes from the town center where I was working. I will always stay here when working in Sugarland.

I think it was great a large family used the facility for a family reunion, they appeared to be having a great time.....however, they took over the common area in the lobby......were loud and made it difficult to pass to the elevators. It would have been nice if the staff asked them to keep the walking area clear and/or move to the other end of the 1st floor.

I had a reservation for 5 nights. I missed my check in date on Wednesday. When I tried to check in on Thursday, I was informed that they did not have a reservation for me and that there were no rooms available. I had prepaid for the stay and I did not cancel the reservation. I am waiting to hear when I will be reimbursed the amount I paid.

This property was great! I really liked that they accept pets. They went over and beyond my expectations.

Daily room cleaning was lacking this trip. Soap and coffee not replenished, sink not cleaned, trash not removed. It's usually better.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt and wanted to share my experience regarding the early check-in process. I had requested an early check-in due to early flight arrival but unfortunately, my request could not be accommodated. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and flexibility from the hotel staff arrived at 1:30 AM and was informed that my room would not be ready until the standard check-in time at 3 PM. Despite my request and the fact that I saw other guests checking in early, my situation was not addressed. And can back at 3 and the room Was still ready usually I don't leave reviews but this was the most unpleasant hotel experience I had. Overall the room Was great and clean . I hope the management can improve their system for handling early check-in requests and enhance their communication with guests. Better clarity on the possibility of early check-in and more empathetic customer service would greatly improve Thank you.

the only thing was that you couuld hear the noise in the hallway. When people were going in and out of their rooms.

The staff was so helpful and welcoming!

Loved the boardwalk and it was close to some restaurants and a whole foods market. Room was nice and comfortable. Would like to have a fan in the bathroom, and bigger bath towels.

It was stifling hot and humid and front desk was a little snippy as was the bartender scolding me for coming from 6th floor to get ice because the machine was not working yet the print out we were handed at registration said if ice was unavailable, come to front desk if memory serves me correctly.. Not my 1st stay there, the sleeper couches anr most uncomfortable for sitting!

The computer system was down due to the Microsoft issues. Despite that, the check in was seamless. The staff was pleasant!!! I can’t wait to go back.

Expedia and this property billed me for a two-night stay despite the fact that the property was closed for Hurricane Beryl. The hotel had no electricity or AC and the desk agent indicated that we would not be permitted to even check in. Two days later, I was billed for a two-day stay, despite never checking into the hotel. The hotel is apparently not answering calls to confirm the closure.

First, Lady who checked us in handed us a flyer stating all the things currently not available, after card was charged with no offer to resolve inconvenience. We got all the way up to our room and keys wouldn’t work, there were people inside. Went back to desk, we were given keys to the wrong room. Okay, it happens, no problem. Sink in room made a “gurgle” sound through the night. Couldn’t get into fitness room. Breakfast was very limited. Housekeeping walked into room while we were getting dressed at 9:30 am. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Beds are comfy. Not worth the amount charged for the stay and not the experience suggested on the website.

When asking for a pet free room the lady helping us, Mahogany, told me the hotel had no pet free rooms. I have animal allergies and need a room free of pet dander.

A few days ago during the storm I booked this hotel and was charged for it. As soon I I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed there is No Power in the Hotel and my booking will be cancelled and amount charged on my credit card will be refunded. I was amazed that there was No Back Up Generator at the hotel. Please, have a back up generator. It's been almost a week and I am still waiting for the refund. Thanks
