This is a beautiful property with a roof top patio. The hotel has several lush green garden areas that are amazing. If you have the chance be sure to include the breakfast option, fantastic food, had French Toast and pancakes that were delicious! There is also a bar and a garden table area that are truly welcoming, cannot wait to visit again. Shout out to Louis who answered all my question and had great recommendations.

The inside patios are breathtaking- There are multiple corners full of flowers and Fountains where you can seat and relax- The restaurant’s food and service is excellent- We will return fir sure

Beautiful place, excellent rooms, location is easy to walk around. We loved the restaurant (Thank you Precila). front desk were helpful in setting up shuttle and taxies. Friendly and sweet!

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and everything went well, we’ve been coming for the last 3 years, therefore I’ve recommend it to friends and family. However this time the experience regarding customer service, staff and restaurant service left a lot to desire. The restaurant took forever with the food, it was lacking flavor, the waiters were not polite nor friendly, overall the experience was not the greatest which is a shame since the hotel itself it’s super pretty and the rooms are great but with that experience it makes me doubt if I’ll ever come back again or if I would recommend it again.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities, great food, great view of the 'Volcan de Agua' and surrounding areas! The staff and service were excellent! Everybody was so kind and courteous and attentive to every detail. Just wished, my husband and I, would have got 2 keys to our room, but would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying in this hotel! Looks antique, beautiful and has all modern facilities. Price is reasonable for the overall experience and on par with other similar hotels.   Hospitality: Hotel staff (especially Jennifer and Alfonso at the front desk, manager Rosa Maria) are very friendly, courteous and always available to help. They were promptly communicating with me on WhatsApp even before my stay.   Rooms and restaurant: Rooms are clean and spacious. Has it's own restaurant and food is tasty. Breakfast is included and is good. Also, has room service, which is prompt. Didn't notice any noise/disturbances. I stayed in the premium suite.   Spa: Hotel has it's own private spa, which looks serene. If you book a jacuzzi, then the spa entry is entirely reserved for you for your time to maintain privacy. Only downside is the spa service - massage wasn't the great, probably because they just hired new masseuses. Some of the advertised massages aren't available either for the same reason.   Location: Perfect! Very close (walkable) to parque central and tourist attractions in the city. Noise level is low. Also, seemed safe to walk around late in the night.   Would definitely stay here again.

Location was right and not far from the center of action, shopping, and historic areas. I strongly recommend this hotel, for any short stay. Is a boutique hotel not a long stay one.

It is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed. Every corner of the hotel is picturesque. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Staff here were amazing and very attentive to their guest needs. If I’m ever back in Antigua I would definitely book my stay there again.

The staff in the hotel were responsive and quite helpful when answering our questions. The hotel is quite lovely and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. On a somewhat busy street but once inside you don’t notice the street noise. The breakfasts were authentic and delicious. Great coffee! Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The only thing to consider is that the parking lot is 1 block away.

The staff is excellent , they try and meet your requests always with a smile and paitience . Two things you need when traveling. The hotel itself is a gem with small courtyards and roof top views you have to walk around the discover. The manager took the time to sit and speak about the stay and converse with the guests , that is not done in most places I have stayed at !

When we walked in the staff was so happy and excited to see us. They were very helpful and accommodating. Alfonso and Jennifer are both great! The couples massage was amazing. The atmosphere was excellent, cleanly, and calming. I would highly recommend staying here. The views and hotel space is beautiful.

The hotel was so incredibly beautiful. Great fresh food especially the breakfast. Wonderful location and easy to walk everywhere from there. But the staff was the best staff I have ever had at any hotel and I travel allot both in the US and abroad. You would love it!!

Beautiful hotel. No pool and a little away from everything, but the hotel and restaurant is very nice. For sure would stay there again.

The property felt like a tiny hidden oasis, the room was comfortable and spacious. The service was exemplary. The dining was enjoyable with good food and live music at breakfast. Would definitely stay again in the future.
