We had a wonderful apartment, so clean and bright, real vfm especially as we could cook and eat in and chill out in a lovely space

The Team were very responsive. The flat was in great condition and well-appointed. The team dealt with any minor issues that arose professionally and quickly. The flat has Netflix/Spotify/Airplay, DVDs and Books to read. I could spend a lot longer there given the chance.

Spacious and clean apartment

The homely feel to the apartment made me and my partner feel super welcomed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Very spacious apartment also

If you need an apartment stay for work or family, this is a great place. Super location, spotless, large and convenient apartment was excellent for Work-from-home during vacation. Visiting our son for Bristol U "graduation," both my wife and I had to work and the excellent Wifi and spacious apt allowed us both to be on calls at the same time. Amenities, like tea and cookies and a washer and fan, also made the stay very nice. My son questioned the location but it was perfect, on the nice end of Jamaica street and steps from the bus station. The office communication was excellent and they worked it out for us to extend by a day without even having to shift rooms. We would stay here again for sure.

Lovely clean apartment

Fantastic flat, clean and tidy with everything thought of. Washing machine and dishwasher tablets provided, a well equipped kitchen and information provided about the city. Can't ask for more,

Clean and nice, but as we are stay four nights, there were not enough shampoo, soap tolite paper. Requested but no response. Other than this, the apartment is very good. I give 4 points out of 5.

You have to put a card on hold for your stay but sometimes this can go into your junk folder so I was left unsure on how to get in untill I contacted them

The apartment was superb, it had everything you could want. The furnishings were of a high standard and everything was thought of such as a few dishwasher tablets.It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was really easy and location was perfect for central Bristol. Would stay here again

Great experience! We were upgraded from a one room to a two room apartment. Very convenient to access from Bristol Bus station. We visited the University and st Nicholas market too, great time at Bristol!

The accommodation manager was totally inflexible for the booking. I'm very unhappy and want to make a complaint. I also wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone else.

The apartment was clean, but I only slept on an average of 3 hours per night due to the noise outside. People were shouting and laughing and also the sounds of sirens. I sleep with my window open for fresh air, and I tried wearing ear plugs, but this did not help enough.

We were on our way to Land's end and decided to stop at Bristol for one night. We have been travelling for about 1 week and we wanted a place with kitchen so we can have "home cook" food for dinner. Also the washer/dryer allows us to wash our clothing. I gave Hotel Staff a grading of 1 because there is no hotel staff. Everything is self served, including getting the keys.

Great apartment, with a washer and dryer. The location was a little noisy, but close to food and the university.

Spent a comfortable four nights in this well appointed apartment. Beds were good, if a little narrow for two tallish adults. Sitting room and kitchen area were well furnished and equipped. Two bathrooms were a boon. Two minutes walk from the bus station, taxi rank and bus stop for the most popular town circuit buses. Our apartment faced onto the garden at the back of the building - there may have been more traffic noise had we been facing the street. Seagulls join in the dawn chorus, so no alarm clock needed!

Our stay was fantastic. The whole process of checking in was quick and easy to follow and everything was well explained! Alderman apartments are perfect city breaks, optimised for couples or small families in particular.

Was relocated in Bristol due to building work on my house, and this was an excellent alternative to a hotel. The flat was large, clean and comfortable. Location is central - near the bus station and Cabot circus so I can recommend the location as well.

An excellent alternative to a standard hotel, great for families, quiet, secure and clean. We cooked a meal, washed some clothes and got the kids to bed so we could settle down and watch a film in the evening. Brilliant.

Apartment was clean, modern and great location in centre of bristol. The tea tray with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was an unexpected but much needed surprise on our arrival. Underground parking appears dear prior to arrival but definitely worth it as no on street parking nearby and parking elsewhere expensive. Would definitely stay again.
