Friendly staff. Comfortable room with great balcony overlooking the harbor. Room and hotel in need of update. Very convenient location with downtown restaurants and shops nearby.

Great area and view. A C did not work right. Floors were noisey. Smelled a little moist. Easy walk to cool areas and eats. Great porch overlooking water.

Excellent visit. Large room. View from deck is outstanding. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It is an older motel but kept in good condition.
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
We loved the location which was right on the waterfront and was close to all the shops and restaurants.
The only complaint we had was the bathroom which had a very low toilet in a very small space which would make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. It also did not have grabbars for the tub/shower combo.
I mentioned these concerns to reception and these owners have owned the hotel for a short time and there are plans to remodel the bathrooms.
My husband and I would absolutely stay there again.

We were passing through St. Andrews and stayed one night. The hotel definitely needs some updating which we knew based on other reviews. Every room has an outstanding view and the area is perfect for walking around time. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very limited, donuts and yogurt. Would recommend for short stay.

there was confusion about the billing. Expedia was down (global IT problem I was informed on the website) and I was directed to call the hotel directly. the staff said they would help me, but when I arrived there was confusion, and no discount was given for our rooms (we booked 5). I was told "it was an expedia issue".

Friendly staff, incredible view, patio with walkout. Only negative is the bathroom is very small, so when traveling with teenage son there wasn't a lot of room to change privately. But we would return despite this!

We stayed last year and it seems like nothing has been done to keep the place up. Sink drained very slowly. AC was loud we slept both nights with balcony door open and AC off.
Ice machine was broken so they were handing out bags with 20 ice cubes.
For $250 night fix the ice machine

This was a good place, very walkable for the whole seaside town! The best thing was the staff, they were just lovely. The place could use some upkeep, like painting the pool, heating the pool, and most importantly getting a better quality toilet paper and tissue. The view was amazing and the beds were very comfortable!!! I would stay there again!!

Last minute overnight July stay in this quaint town. Excellent service, clean and spacious room with beautiful water views and access to patio/yard. Very comfortable beds. Nice pool, area was heated but water was bit chilly for the others - I loved it. Short pleasant walk to restaurants, shops, and pier. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to downtown. I would stay here again.

For the price point in a well known resort town the accommodations was exceptional. The upkeep of the property and cleanliness of the room was very good. My only comment was, for what was offered for a continental breakfast, is more than coffee, supermarket donut and yogurt across from the lobby desk.

Was under construction. Balcony deck was not cleaned prior to our arrival - empty bottles, food remnants on the floor.

We ended up doing a last minute find due to traffic and weather issues and found the inn. We were SO glad we did. Would definitely recommend and return again
