It was located continently close to the ice rink, had a kitchen, washer and dryer. However, the property is extremely dirty. Greasy handprints on walls, dirty floors, elevator, mirrors. Had junkies consuming drugs in the back parking lot. Would never go there again.

We had a nice stay. They are upgrading carpet and some furnishing, which is nice. The gym is very small but they have 3 basic pieces of equipment to get a workout in. The staff was friendly. Very close to Sevenoaks mall and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 15 mins from Mission speedway.

It's not really the hotels fault but when my husband and i were on the balcony, there was a homeless guy sleeping very close by. Bed was comfortable enough. The room did the job for a quick one night stay. Wouldn't want to stay there any longer than that.

Stay was a quick overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was...dated. Baseboard in the bathroom was swollen with water damage, paint gone.

I want to start this review off with actually thanking the front desk staff for getting us a suitable enough room for the night. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and they did their best to accommodate us on a sold out night. We booked the king suite, which was completely unsafe for our toddler. There’s a massive window behind the bed with no headboard. The hotel was filthy in the rooms, and did not smell good. After asking for a room change, we went to check out the second room and it was even dirtier than the original one we were put into. We were quickly given another room for the night, and although it was cleaner than the 2 before, the floors were still sticky and the kitchen was still not cleaned properly. The area around the hotel is dingy. The pictures of this hotel online are not a real depiction of the hotel itself. Do not book here if you want a clean room, or a good nights sleep. Thank you to the ladies that tried to make our stay better, I really did appreciate you. I wish you had better management to uphold better cleanliness standards, I can imagine this does not make your job easy.

Love the rooms but the homeless people living in the park right outside my room was definitely not desirable. Also not having a public washroom in the lobby is ridiculous.

I stayed for 2 nights and brought my dog. It was a very comfortable stay! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a plus to have the full kitchen! Customer service was friendly professional. I would stay again if ever in the area.

There were junkies in the parking lot, leaving used needles lying on the ground. We had to switch rooms because our first room smelt like cat urine and the carpet was wet and sticky. Furniture was in poor condition (they said they were going to change it and then didn’t). No one came for room service despite us calling 3x. Then they came the next day but only brought towels and didn’t clean the room. There was no coffee for the coffee maker and the teflon frying pan was scratched beyond useable. Beds were very uncomfortable and the curtains didn’t close properly. Only redeeming thing was the staff were friendly and did what the could. We ended up going home one night early even though we’d already paid for the room. Two other families were there with us and they also had to switch rooms due to poor cleanliness and smell.

Clean, quiet and comfortable; courteous and accommodating staff. The "fragrance" from the cleaning and "deodorizing" products, though, was absolutely overwhelming. With only one AC/Heat unit for two rooms, it got a bit stuffy.

Great location with very fare rates. Fantastic floorplan for units with kitchenette.

I was very happy with my stay. I was very impressed with the room! I wanted to stay longer due to the amenities this room provided. I thought the washer & dryer was enough & then realized there was a dishwasher! It was very updated and made me want to stay longer. It felt cozy yet modern. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was amazing

The restaurant on-site would not do room service even though it was clearly before 9 pm on a Friday night. We had to go down to the restaurant to order. They said they couldn’t charge to our room. Upon delivery. It was weird….Rooms could have been cleaner, dusty and lights were burnt out. Had a musty smell in the room.

This hotel is a cut above the rest. It is geared to extended stay customers with the kitchenette and washer/dryer which is a major plus for people on the road for several weeks. This is my second stay at this property and I love it!

When in Abby, we will stay again !

The suite was great spacious and had all The amenities.

Room was clean but had silverfish or something king of bug found in the washroom. Outside seems to have more and more crime attention than before. Great hotel and staff well still return for stays.
