Great stay with lots of personal touches to make it feel special. Rooms are quaint, but well done. Decent rate for the area and very accommodating staff. Pets allowed are a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location and room. Comfortable beds and quiet settings. Only comment was wish the maid/cleaning services had come in later and been better communication with them. They knocked and almost walked in without checking. Otherwise great stay.

It was a magical weekend! We particularly loved the mobile check in and perfect combination of technology and hospitality. The staff provided anticipatory service at a distance but we’re available for any face to face needs. Room was impeccably appointed and the in room amenities were spot on and unique from any other place we stayed. They added personal touches for the occasion (birthday & anniversary). We will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved this little place! Great location, quite, very clean. It was all the little things that made it a wonderful place to stay. The linens were soft, the room was well equipped and the breakfast sandwiches at the cafe were the best!! Nicole was fantastic and kind too!! I highly recommend this gem ♥️

I love the keyless entry. The room was clean . You felt welcomed from the moment you open the door.
It is not the place if you are wanting peace and quiet or wanting to sleep in.
Whether it is the oven beeping in the morning or staff talking to each other beginning at 7 in the morning. It would disrupt quiet and any chance of sleeping in.

I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage with a fireplace. It was beautifully decorated and had great charm. The cottages are a short walk to downtown, where there so many restaurants to choose from. Sam’s General Store, that’s is located on the property is a great spot for morning coffee & breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much, we’re already planning our next stay.

Hands down best experience in Calistoga. Been twice this fall and definitely planning to stay again. Nicole IS that girl. The heartbeat of BCI. She makes you feel so at home and nothing is too much to ask.

I absolutely loved this updated cottage. Fireplace, rain shower, comfortable bed, espresso machine, delicious cafe breakfast, quaint surroundings, helpful, courteous staff. I had no idea where to choose while staying with family in the area, this was a fantastic decision. I won't stay anywhere else now!

One of the best hidden gems in Napa Valley. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Napa for business or pleasure and this hotel gets it. They have many features and items in the room that other hotels don’t think of - a cell phone de sanitizing station, a diffuser, heated bathroom floors, heated toilet, waterfall shower, a hair straightener and an ionic hair dryer just to name a few. The bed was very comfortable and the room was easy to access. I also love the adorable courtyard with the fire pit along with the general store and the cafe. I will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at Brannan Cottage. Nicole and the other staff were very nice and made our stay comfortable. The rooms are great and the property has nice patios and areas to relax. We would absolutely return again.

Brannan Cottage Inn was a wonderful choice. It's on a quiet end of the main street in Calistoga. Just a couple of blocks from all of downtown. Contactless check-in could not have been easier. The room was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that you have to use your own sign in to whatever streaming service you have in order to watch anything on TV. We'd never stayed anywhere that didn't supply at least SOME content. We wanted to relax after a long day of sightseeing and tastings, and had to go through a lengthy process to sign in and then make sure we signed out so no one in the future would have an option of ordering paid programming on our account. Come on, guys. Otherwise, it was pretty close to perfect.

As a Christmas gift, our kids gave us a gift certificate to enjoy The Wine Train out of Napa. Since we had previously stayed at the Brannan Inn in 2015 and had a pleasant stay, we chose to book again. We were pleasantly surprised to see many fabulous improvements to the Inn. The rooms have been updated and the Inn has been remodeled. We had several meals at Sam's General Store, another change since we had been there. The room was very comfortable, with fabulous bedding and a wonderful bed. I felt like I could melt into the mattress. I rarely use the toiletries provided in hotel rooms, but the ones readily available to us were upscale and well chosen. Nicole, the Inn Keeper, was friendly and helpful, and was always available. I had a few questions while we were there, and she was always quick to answer. We enjoyed our short walks into the town. There were several places to shop and many nice restaurants that served delicious food. From our room, we could hop on our bikes and ride through the vineyards. We discovered many peaceful neighborhoods for sightseeing and discovered that Calistoga is a very lovely town.
Overall, I couldn’t imagine a better stay.

The room was cute, heated bathroom floors and heated toilet. Hair dryer and flat iron already in the room which was nice.
We also loved taking the bikes for a ride around the hotel and to see the old faithful geyser.
We will be back! Loved it.

This was such a wonderful place to stay at, its close to everything you might want to do, see or eat in Calistoga. Room was small as expected from a historic cottage but well appointed. Bathroom is beautiful and with everything you might need for your stay. Bed was very comfortable, temperature is easily adjustable. Its very quiet at night. The cafe is so convenient and serves great Australian coffee. Parking is convenient, just a great overall place to stay at. Staff are wonderful, welcoming and very helpful.

Nice location with easy walking to all of Calistoga. Other properties nearby have bicycles available to guests and would think this would be a nice addition especially as this is a premium priced hotel. The name implies that it is cottages but in fact is hotel rooms which have VERY little privacy built into 2 cottages. The walls are paper thin and sound carries to the point that they limit the volume on the TVs. The bonus is you can enjoy your neighbors conversations assuming they are entertaining. :)

It was a disastrous experience right from the beginning when having reserved and paid we first learned that we would have to check ourselves in (confusing and difficult), heft our luggage to a second floor (some cottage!) and stay in a room whose inside temperature varied little from the outside temperature of the high 90s. Although the historic renovation of the premises was exemplary, the comfort and safety were abysmal. For example, the half step to get into the awkward bathroom. Too easy to take a header just getting out of the bathroom....I did this twice and barely saved myself serious injury. Although the management claims that there are personnel present from 8:30 AM until 6PM, no one was present for nearly an hour from 1:00 PM to 2PM on the day I sought help. The employees excuse? I had to go and get a sandwich. It was lunchtime. Then post the REAL hours, dont just put up a handwritten sign saying, Back in a few minutes when you are away an hour!So Cottage 5 was NOT a romantic getaway....it was a sweat box we could not wait to leave. We werent the only ones. Do NOT stay in this complex if the Calistoga temperatures exceed 70 degrees, unless you like accommodations which exceed 90 degrees night and day.
