it was clean, I stayed 2 nights. towels were changed daily etc. shampoo was nice too!

I wish they had the facility to have a warm drink before bed time in my room. bottled water was available though.

A pleasant, smaller hotel. Somewhat off the beaten track, but not hard to find. A comfortable room. Covid restrictions meant the restaurant couldn't function as normal, but we enjoyed a very nice dinner all the same. Very friendly staff, who were keen to ensure we were happy. Plenty of good parking. Not much else around the hotel, which was clear from the map, but it was only a 12 minute drive to the centre of Angers.

My bedroom was really clean. The location was perfect. I recommand this hôtel

Large enough bed. That’s honestly the only good thing, though not comfortable due to lack of pillows.

No staff upon arrival. Had to call the hotel number and was redirected to the owner who told us the room was open and we could find it by ourselves. The hotel was like a haunted building, no light upon arrival, everything was closed and switched off. The room was poorly furnished and had a severe smell of dust. The bathroom was all rusty and didn’t look clean enough. There were not enough pillows and the soap dispenser was empty. No air conditioning though there was only one small window in the room. Upon checkout, same as on arrival, no staff available and reception closed. When we called the owner he refused to come and asked us to give our credit card number on the phone. When we refused, he became a bit irritated and made us wait 20 minutes on the parking lot before he came for payment. All in all the WORST SERVICE EVER ! I’ve done over a 100 hotels and this one clearly has been the worst in terms of staff courtesy.
