We had such a nice stay from beginning to end. Room, bed, restaurant, bar - and especially the staf.
A special thanks to the concierge Isabel, who helped us a lot with suggestions of restaurants, arranging transport and more, and also to the bartender (can't remember his name) on Monday and Tuesday evenings who gave us such a nice service and told us about the area and the hotel. We give the hotel and the staf our best recommendations.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is terrific, and the location is perfect (close to everything in the center of Frankfurt). Highly recommend!

Exceptional.. Service was amazing. Rooms were top of the line. All staff was polite and courteous. Concierge “Timos” was so helpful and welcoming!! I will certainly stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at the Marriott for one night (Deluxe room) in July 2024. This was our second stay during our six-week European trip. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, having flown into Frankfurt from Asia. We were so impressed with this hotel, we decided to stay one more night before our return flight from Frankfurt, rather than travel directly to the airport. We were very, very happy with this decision! We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the city. The room was incredible! Beautiful, large and luxurious. In general, the hotel and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, and the hotel personnel are lovely and very helpful. This will be the only place we will ever stay in Frankfurt. We were overcharged (€75) for a taxi ride from the hotel to the airport (nothing to do with the Hotel), so make sure you either agree on the charge up front, or that the taxi uses the meter. I usually follow this, but just forgot this time.

Excellent service: all staff were very amiable and helpful, and the check-in was very smooth from Mahmoud and the concierge service was from Prawn at my check-in was awesome and Marcel in the departure!

My wife and I stayed at the JW Marriott for two nights in May 2024. We absolutely loved the hotel and will always try to stay there when in Frankfurt! The hotel is wonderful; new, modern, well appointed, in a perfect location, and all the hotel personnel were friendly and very helpful. The room was fantastic, large, clean and very comfortable, with a huge bathroom. It had everything we needed, and we slept like babies in the very comfortable, king-size bed. You won’t go wrong with the JW Marriott!

Only downsize was that swimming pool can only be used by people 18 years and above, the swimming pool is not ran by the hotel but rather Fitness First and that's their policy.

We surprised when we chk out they charge us for parking , no one told us about the charge and the price . And also for the WiFi at the reception they told us it’s free but when we connect they told us that we choose the not free the page of the WiFi was in Germany language so u don’t know which one is free !!!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the city centre but still no noise in the hotel at all. The staff is delightful and so obliging . Nothing was too much for them. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Frankfurt.
