Great place, just what we wanted

This property is clean, tidy and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The owners are pleasant and helpful. It's well located for beach and lake access and walking distance into town for a wide variety of dining options. The pool area is nice. The layout of the properties with the windows opposite one another means you are close to others and not that private, however there are good blinds on all the windows. It would have been good to have smart TV options to access digital channels.

Well managed small property close to beach

The only things we could think of is There needs to be a small shelf in the bathroom and hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang the towels

A need & clean unit. However the beds were extremely uncomfortable- they were so hard our backs ached. Mattress toppers are needed. The pool is small and was quite dirty so we were unable to use it. However the unit is in a great location.

Very cosy very clean , hospitable owners, not over large Bathroom on the small side ok for a couple.

Seashells apartment was very clean and comfortable

A very good property, close to the beach and a cafe, with friendly, helpful management staff. Parking is a challenge (for some) if all units are occupied.

The apartment was super clean,Michael the owner very friendly and helpful. Nice and quite, able to borrow everything we needed for the beach. Fantastic stay will definitely come back.

The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. The pool was perfect for a cool off after golf.

The parking space we were allocated was very difficult to reverse out of, the unit itself could do with with new blinds and carpet and the main door didn’t close properly and the sliding door was broken we didn’t feel safe

We had a very pleasant friendly stay for 4 nights...Michael was available and helpful and we were in the best part of Merimbula for walks and views. Lovely.
