This property was the perfect location. It was safe and there is a pharmacy right across the street for anything you needed.

It was a very clean and quiet hotel. The staff was always kind and polite. However, I found some bugs in my bed (1st night) and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the property.

Staff was very nice. Place offered lots of flexibility and support for anything needed. Dining options were great and food was good too. They have excellent staff. Thank you all for the attention my family received. I will be back!

I've stayed at this location 3 times and will continue to stay here. They have safe taxi drivers to take you and pick you up whenever. They can also pick up food for you and will bring to your room. Across the street is a pharmacy. The hotel grounds are peaceful and clean. The room is cleaned daily. Nothing but good things to say.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They took note of our requests The property overall was in good conditions. We never expected that the way the hotel is built, creates an echo fron the noise of ALL rooms. Doors opening and closing, and people arriving and leaving late at night and early morning. On top of that, the bed was in horrible conditions. My back hurt the next day. Hence I barely slept. It is a shame, given the staff, the conditions of the property and its location. However, I don't think I'd stay there again if I wanted a good night sleep.

We love to stay in this hotel. The location is perfect where you have many restaurants and shops. The cleanliness is outstanding and the staff is incredibly nice.

The property was beautiful and clean. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room service did great cleaning our room daily which is a must with babies. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again when i travel back to Cuernavaca.

Great place to stay in Cuernavaca, would definitely stay again

The restaurant staff, specially Alberto and Tomas made our stay a thousand times better. The ballet parking and security staff were also really nice and polite. Positive things The hotel is in a good location, feels safe and was really clean. Not so positive things Pool was not heated as advertised The hot tub was never hot, just warm Gym is super basic and you have to call the staff to let them know you will use it or the lights are off and/or door is closed Spa and salon are rarely open and front desk don’t have basic information You have to ask for basic things like pool towels, hairdryer and iron at the front desk and they will take them away without telling you if other rooms request them because they don’t have enough for everyone. The rooms are a bit outdated, not cozy at all (no side lamps, noisy AC, broken light in bathroom, dingy towels) Guests were not polite. They showed up at 3 am and slammed doors, were loud, etc. We booked our hotel late in the season so we didn’t have too many options. We knew this was going to be an interesting stay and we were not wrong. Would I recommend this hotel or stay there again, not really. The owners should paid attention to details, charge a bit more, support their great staff by giving them the resources they need to do the amazing job they want to do and this place could become a cute boutique hotel in a great location.

Property kept very clean. Staff very attentive. air condition unit very noisy, hard time getting to sleep. excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

When We arrive to the front desk two ladies employees of the hotel I assume and her supervisor was there but no one ask me what I need or if I have a reservation or something like that, I was in anickle of time to get out or ask If they want that I go back later when they could have a minute......

This is my third time using this hotel. I like the modern style of the property. The hotel is along an upscale commercial street, with easy access from the highway. It is a 15min drive to the Zocalo (Centro). A favorite of mine whenever visiting Cuernavaca. It is also a 5min drive to the ruins of Teopanzolco and the trendy restaurants and shops of Avenida Teopanzolco. The City Market is a few blocks away, the best supermarket in the city with a very good coffee shop. The property is surrounded by an upscale residential neighborhood. It is quiet and feels safe. It has a nice garden with a pool. I like to stay in the rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden. The rooms are large, modern, clean and get lots of light. They are just missing a fridge. The staff is friendly and kind. Valet parking is convenient. The hotel restaurant is good, and I can always find something to eat if I don’t want to go out.

Lo usamos mi familia y yo para pasar la noche en las fiestas de fin de año. Esta limpio y sus instalaciones bien conservadas aunque ya se sienten algo anticuadas. El baño de una de las habitaciones tenia una falla en la trampa de olor por lo que tenia un olor desagradable. No intentamos pedir cambio ya que era muy tarde y solo queríamos dormir.
