Very high quality hotel and room, everything controlled by an iPad efficiently. A little disappointed in the lack of a lobby and always having to go from street level 0 to lobby 7 then down to room 5. Also somewhat overpriced at approx. $1000 per night for a "normal" room. Location is perfect, though.

Location is outstanding. Service is warm and attentive. Gym is good for an Italian hotel; which in my experience do not generally excel in fitness facilities. Only issue was - bizarrely for a hotel from a fashion group - was the wardrobe. Tiny. Not handing space. Bizarre. Nonetheless, would recommend overall.

I rarely ever write reviews but the Armani hotel in Milan really made me feel as though I was in my own home.From the decor to the cleanliness & everything in between,I never once felt like I was in someone elses home. The staff went above and beyond as though we were VIP. Nelson helped me every single night until 2am planning our day trips.He is one of the classiest, nicest human beings.We asked the concierge if we would have trouble getting a taxi to the airport at 7am or hire a driver.He told us we will be fine.The next morning it was pouring and I was running late.The concierge had arranged for a private taxi on his own without us knowing or having to pay the extra $200.The driver was there waiting for us.I will never stay anywhere else in Milan and wish they offered timeshares as our suite was huge and beautiful.I cannot wait to return to the Armani hotel in Milan!!

Fantastic service - the staff were excellent at all times. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Amenities are somewhat slim and there isn’t a swimming pool.

I stayed five nights during a business trip. I read reviews on other websites so I was relatively prepared for what to expect. The staff was mostly lovely although there were definitely some language barriers with the housekeeping and laundry staff. Rooms are nice but you can see the wear and tear on the carpets, wood floors, and bathroom shower stone. Room decor is the done in the signature Armani "Greige" which kind of makes the room look like a chic coffin. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad - curtains, lights, tv, etc. Luckily, during my stay I didn't have any tech problems. Housekeeping comes into your room quite a bit every day so definitely make use of the safe. Things I would recommend avoiding - food from the Bamboo Bar and the laundry service. The food at the Bamboo Bar is pretty awful and very overpriced. The restaurant and room service all share the same kitchen so I didn't order room service after dining at the Bamboo Bar. The breakfast is just OK - not very good. I really recommend eating outside of the hotel. The front desk gave me two restaurant recommendations that were a bust. Luckily, a sales manager pointed me to the Brera section where I had amazing pasta. I would also recommend avoiding the laundry service as they ruined a nice jacket of mine and they did nothing. All in all, it was okay - not terrible and not amazing.

Check in and out was slow; seemed to be short staffed at the desk. TV was not functional when first arrived in the room and some electrical was also not functioning. This was fixed quickly, but still surprising. Vertical curtain didn’t function at all. Horizontal curtain was slightly off track on one side. Beautiful hotel in general, and stylish bar and restaurant. For the price, I’m not sure it’s worth it, given other great hotels in the same area.

Outstanding position, amazing room and very well appointed. Attention to detail is exceptional, staff service from every single person from tej door man to the reception staff to room service is 11/10....one of the best hotels in Milan for sure and I highly recommend .also the spa and massage is outstanding
