I recently had the pleasure of staying at Splash Inn, which is in a very convenient location and boasts a friendly staff that made my experience enjoyable. However, I did face a couple of challenges during my stay.
The bed was quite hard, and the mattress was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, while the coffee and drinks were excellent, the food didn't quite capture the local flavors I was hoping for as a tourist.
If the management could address these two areas, I believe they would significantly enhance customer satisfaction and see a positive impact on their business. Overall, Splash Inn has great potential with just a few improvements!

They provided everything needed for a scuba vacation and the diving is excellent. At the end of an 8 day stay wanted to stay longer. Next year the plan is to return for a longer stay. Again, the diving is excellent.

This is a mediocre hotel for the price range. The rooms are old looking. The water in the shower doesn’t get hot. Staff are not very helpful and are slow to respond for assistance. Do your due diligence, you can find a lot better at this price range, including free breakfast. Pros: decent restaurant with a number of choices; food tasted good; and, conveniently located near dives shops, various bars and restaurants, and gift shops.

Very nice smallish hotel (26 rooms) with an integrated dive shop, centrally located in West End. The owners and staff were absolutely great. Definitely recommend and intend to return with friends next year.
The only issue we had was the rooster every morning. However, Splash Inn promised to hire a sniper to take it out. Thanks R. Much appreciated. Haha

Staff was nice, food was decent. Shower was barely a stream but expected on this remote area. This is perfect for someone who wants to dive or swim. The surrounding area has a lot small bars and restaurants. We felt safe.

The property is in the heart of everything..the water taxi is right across the street...alot of food options in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and nice and helpful especially with arranging tours...the only downfall with hotel is that the room had no phones to call the front desk. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed having the dive shop on the property. The dive masters were very knowledgeable and professional. The staff was beyond helpful and so kind. They made us feel like family. Food was excellent at their restaurant.
Great location with a water taxi across the street. The front desk took care of other transportation. Half moon bay Beach 3 - 5 minute walk. Shopping, restaurants/ bars, conveniencs store, small grocery right around the corner. Definitely going back.

Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent dive shop and a staff that takes care of you. My only complaint, and its a nit, was the shower in the room fluctuated between hot and cold.

Staff took care of us right from the start. Arrived at 1:30, checked in and got on the 2pm dive boat. With staff assistance we were able to dive more than anticipated and also picked up our Nitrox certification. Great dive staff/ instructors/ boat tenders and great reception and restaurant and housekeeping staff. Even the gardeners were great, opening up coconuts for us to drink

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel, the owners and staff. They truly make you feel like family. This was my 7th visit and this time came down with my sister-in-law and met friends from previous visits. We had a great time and made more friends. My SIL went from trying a discover scuba dive to being open water certified. See you next year!!!

This property was in a great location, everything was close by and within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They took great pride in doing a good job and were so pleasant! They also made the best margaritas that we had the whole week.
They could do some updating in the bathroom in our room.
