Another fantastic stay. Surprised with an upgrade. Pool is beautiful (better than pics), everything needed is in the hotel, location is perfect!

Good value for money

Unexpected Resort fee was asked during checkin, in fact I didn't use any of their resort facility except the bed in my room.

Great accommodation and friendly staff. I appreciate the upgrade to a suite it was a lovely perk.

When we drove in it was very easy to find. Parked on the curb by valet while I checked in. The line to check in was long. I waited 15-20 minutes. When checking in the lady was very kind. She upgraded our room to penthouse. Parking in the parking garage was easy. It may we a bit of a walk for some people. We found our room easy. As we walked in the room it was very clean , spacious and nice. The marina view was beautiful with seeing the planes fly in. The casino front desk was very helpful when getting our play cards. The casino was clean. There was a lot of tables and machines to play. It wasn’t overly crowded. Restaurants didn’t have good food options. Chef Ramsay restaurant was coming soon so excited to try that next time we are there. It was very close to the night market. It was a 10 minute walk. Later that night the tv said It needed a PIN code to watch. When I called they said house keeping left for the day and nothing could be done. So there was no watching tv in the bedroom or living room.

Overall good experience.

The elevators were all under maintenance a day into our stay. Were were not notified of it or told how to find the stairs to exit. Also they did not proactively share what to do for accessibility issues. We had to inquire at the front desk as nobody was answering the phones.

There's only one receptionist at the check in counter at all times indicating that the hotel is understaffed. My room was not made up on the second day despite I had switched on the make up room light. When you call housekeeping, the line is always busy as if someone had took the pho e off the hook. There's no one answering the phone at the reception. Don't expect any service.

Not kid friendly at all

We’ve stayed here before but were on the Casino side in a suite with a view which was lovely! This time we had a room on the hotel side and noticed it seemed a bit more run down. The room itself was ok but we didn’t enjoy the eco friendly portion. We only had 2 cards and we had 3 people. This was a bit inconvenient due to needing one card solely for the lights. We stay here for convenience to get to the airport but this time we found it pricy and not as great as the last time we stayed.

Staff, location and parking were great. However, our room was right next to the elevator (1072). Therefore, we could hear the elevator go up and down throughout the night. We definitely did not get peaceful sleep as it was driving us crazy.

Didn’t like the view of sky train who could look in room

Stay was okay. Rooms are spacious.

The staff went out of their way to be nasty

Beautiful hotel and lovely room but overall a little dusty. Kicked up my allergies a bit. When I fluffed the pillow in the bed, a puff of dust came out. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.

A great choice to stay with the Skytrain attached to the property. Not many options walkable around, but with Skytrain access, this should not be a problem. Room was perfect and quiet, and staff are professional.

Check-in was slow but clerk was efficient. Nice clean room. Couch was loud. Room noisy. Insufficient towels and glasses but housekeeping quickly rectified it. Phone broken. Poor selection of beverages, Food mediocre.

For the amount you pay would expect milk in room for hot drinks. Complementary cookies would have be nice. Seeing you are having a Gordon Ramsey Restaurant get some tips from him .

The service was particularly poor. I checked in at the main lobby next to the casino, the lady receptionist was not too friendly, told me she worked there for six years, My rooms were across the road. We were a party of four with large luggage, Yet, not bell boy came to help to shift the luggage across the road. How on earth such service is not available, when I see your staffs are idling at the main entrance. This is very disappointing. This is my third time staying in River Rock Hotel.

We found clothing items in one of the draws, so we presume, that the were not cleaned. When trying to contact hotel, tried four times and no response.

Our bed sheets had a stale odour. Overall, the room is very clean.

I was shocked to find out our hotel didn’t offer any airport shuttle service as our room constantly got buzzed by airplanes landing at the Vancouver airport!! It’s literally 5 mins away and no shuttle service to the airport? Pardon?? I don’t mind paying for a taxi or Uber when we’re not staying at an airport hotel-trust me we did a ton of that between Vancouver, Victoria and Seattle during this trip, but this was bizarre to have to so when we’re only a stones throw from the airport! Are they not making enough money in their casino to look after their guests who are flying in and out? If you’re going to charge resort fees like the big boys in Vegas you better start offering better services! Shameful and cheap!! Get it together River Rock!!

Comfy bed, Room service was good. Slide in the pool was fixed so that was enjoyable. Access to the sky train and storing our bags until the flight was nice.

This is our fourth time staying here; all stays were pleasant until this one—- the beddings (linen, sheets, pillow cases) smelled “under dried” i.e. smelled like they were washed but left wet for a few days before getting dried in a dryer. Smelled like mold and fishy!

Toilet ran, couch squeaked, doors squeaked, check out was terrible, valet was off duty when I needed my car.

We enjoyed our stay.. the beds were very comfortable… the dining options were very limited especially for families..there is a food market nearby and the last day were heard about it from another customer… possibly front desk could inform customers of this adventure… needs some upgrades… the stairs going up to the pool are filthy looking.

The stay was really good. The room was clean upon arrival. The Seafood Harbour restaurant downstairs was the best dim sum I’ve ever had

check in was very slow, the room was clean but looked and felt tired, the bed was not great.
