Modern hotel very well appointed, good value, and well worth its 4 stars. Best of all, Montse was the most charming and helpful receptionist I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Great rooftop terrace and perfect location. Car parking at discounted garage nearby. Only criticism - our room overlooked a local square where nearby bars emptied into at 3 am on Saturday night, so if staying at a weekend and not deaf, ask for a room facing the other way.

Nice Hotel close to everything in beautiful Vigo. The Hotel has a Terrace where we enjoyed the sea view and a cocktail.
Reception and housekeeping did a great job, I forgot without knowing my Ipad and they send it to my home, thanks for a great service.

We like the hotel and our stay. However. The air conditioner was not working because we were not in the season for it. Too bad because I paid for a 4 star hotel with all these amenities included (even the air conditioner). We complained about that, a d on the second day thay offered us another room with A/C, but we declined for the inconvenience of moving all our things after settling in the first room. But that eas nice of them.

Great staff. Super clean, comfortable rooms. Gorgeous rooftop deck. Great breakfast. Would gove a 10, but I prefer more historic type building. Putting that aside, first rate in every way.

The Hotel Maroa in Vigo, Spain was a delight! The accommodations and great rooftop breakfast/lounge area is ideal. The best part is their excellent customer service. The staff went out of their way to help us with taxi service and served us a wonderful meal right before closing time as we got in late. As we thanked them for everything, their reply was “of course and happy to help in any way!” Most genuine indeed.

Good stay. Nice hotel situated right by the sea. Friendly staff. Big room. Modern bathroom. Clean. The complimentary bottles of water on each floor are very useful. Would definitely stay again.
Only 2 pieces of feedback, the live wires were exposed on the iron power cord, which is very dangerous. There should be a health and safety review of the irons at the hotel. The breakfast price on the day is overpriced for the area and selection of food available. However if you buy breakfast at check-in for the reduced price then this is fair.

Staff were great. We were walking the Portugal Coastal Caminho in rain and a sick son. They let him check in early and with the air conditioning we finally go some relief from the humidity.

This is lovely hotel in a good position in Vigo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only negative is the air con isn’t very cold, so it could get warm. The rooftop bar was lovely with well priced drinks.

The whole stay was seamless and without delay or difficulty. A room change request was dealt with in a friendly helpful manner and with no feeling my end of inconvieniance or nuisance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful without overkill. The waitress in the amazing 7th floor bar and restaurant remembered our preferences for breakfast from the day before. Our room was bright, spacious and well appointed, great shower room. When asking for something different to do on our spare day here we were directed to a day trip to the isle of Ciel by the reception staff member which is and will remain a very special experience. This stay has been added to an amazing memory bank. Something that possibly is unique.
