Amazing location and staff r all very professional and helpful!

Our bedsheets had blood and poop stains on them. We asked at the reception to exchange them for clean sheets, however we were told it was not possible as they didnt have any more sheets available. I find it unacceptable in any hotel. Ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag liner which I brought for hiking. Other than this regrettable experience, everything else about this hotel was very good: location, breakfast, amenities etc

Great location but construction at Plaza de Armas was too noisy. Excelent employees. Great service.

I made a reservation for 3, and they said at the reception that it was for 2 and tried to charged me for an extra person. When I showed them my confirmation for 3 people they agreed with that, so I didn't have to pay and the rest of the check in process was fast. The room was nice, clean and big bathroom. Hotel well located. Staff assisted me in finding transportation to the airport.

Hacienda Plaza de Armas was a good basic hotel with everything you need to be comfortable.

The room was on the second floor, which was right above the lobby, so we could hear conversations and some noise from there. Also, we had a window that opened into an air shaft, so we felt a little boxed in.

It is a nice and clean hotel to stay. I like the Plaza de Armas.

Stayed here twice. Great location right on the plaza. We had an early check in the second time which actually earned us an amazing upgrade! Nice breakfast buffet in the morning (French toast) nice change from the endless scrambled eggs. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Right on the main square of Puno. rooms very comfortable but could use updating. Oxygen available for those who need help with the altitude. Staff was just fantastic. helped throughout our stay but especially with the return of a coast my wife left in the car we took to Cusco. we would definitely return.

We stayed 1 night at Hacienda Plaza De Armas. Customer service was really good. Location was great. They did prepare us box breakfast because we were leaving very early. Overall it was a good experience. I would stay again if I ever go back to Puno.

Based on surrounding places conditions, this hotel is centrally located, decent, needs some updating and remodeling bit overall was ok

The hotel is located in the main square of Puno. It is closed to the main streets of the city.

We have now stayed at three hotels under the Hacienda chain. All are a bit different, but all are quality hotels. The Hacienda Plaza de Armas, is the classiest of the three we have stayed in. We only stayed one night, but we had a very comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We ended up on the street side which was a bit noisy. Breakfast buffet was nice, with the usual selection of bread, cheese, ham, fruit and fruit juices and hot options (eggs and mini hotdogs). We were there in low season and had a good rate. But I think I would even recommend this hotel at full price if it was high season. The rooms are well appointed and the bedding is comfortable. Nice feather duvet and plump pillows always make me happy!
