Swimming pool area nice (you have to pay extra to use it), restaurant nice, breakfast very simple (also have to pay extra for it). Room was quite old, bathroom horrible.

It was too noisy you can hear the music from the party below people talking the room was beautiful but the bathroom in the shower there’s no place to have the soap or the shampoo and conditioner other then that it was very clean and comfortable.

Check in was a breeze and the staff was welcoming and professional. The rooms were spacious and clean. Did not appreciate being charged for the pool cap though. The food was plentiful and delicious.

The staff and service were exceptional, the spa and restaurant were very good. You will need a car to get around as there isn’t much to do nearby.

I only stayed here one night, just because I was going to the Round Midnight jazz club for the late show and didn't want to drive all the way back to Altavilla Silentina late at night. It was a very pleasant stay. This is the best hotel I stayed at during my 6 week vacation in Italy!

Awful room, listed as superior; untouched since decades. Uncomfortable bed, mattress Smallest shower ever seen and furnitures very old. I had to find another hotel.

On a road trip, booked after 7 pm, at great rate, and it exceeded all expectations. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was superb and reasonable. The room was spacious, the bathroom huge, the bed comfortable, so there was nothing this hotel lacked. Had we stayed longer than 1 night, we could comment on its many other offerings.

Excellent hotel. Spotless clean. Spa is 5*. Lovely pool. Restaurant menu only downside but plenty of lovely restaurants in area especially if willing to drive 5minutes.

Hotel was fine, service at front desk good. Rooms adequate if a little dated.
Restaurant staff let the place down. Had to ask five times for wine list, waiter came to take order after 20 mins of being sat and we hadn’t even had a menu yet. But on the plus side food was excellent.

Great property - the best one in Modena (in my opinion). Great facilities, very close to center, has a parking. Fantastic customer service (Iulian, Michele: very professional both of them). Loved my stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Reception staff friendly.
The pool itself is a decent size, however there are limited sun beds which may be an issue if the hotel is busy. If you are worried about not getting a sun bed you can pay to reserve one. We did not do this, but if you really worried and wanted a bed beside the pool, they have that option.
Spa was nice, if not very busy. We had a young couple jumping into the pool which did not make it as relaxing as it could of been. Some of the spa staff were not that friendly and woman who did my massage just left me and did not explain where to put my clothes or where to go.
Just a note, that the bar does not open until 11pm. which we did think was slightly late, if you wanted a drink after your meal.
