Location is good - just off of the Central Train Station but I have not heard anything inside . Very quiet. Walking distance from downtown and etc ... Room is relatively spacious if that is matter . Breakfast area is on a top floor with good view . Breakfast is very typical .

Absolutely no USB/C ports in our room so adapter is needed, outlets location also was not very convenient in my room . Restroom glass door could not be closed tight in my room and I have traveled with daughter ... Funny thing - the size of TV screen probably less than 19 inch , I do not care but it looks funny nowadays .

staff was very nice and helpful. location is very good for access to train and about an 8-10 minute walk to lake. lots of shopping off all kinds available.

had requested no feathers. had feather pillows and quilts. talked to front desk before leaving for the evening. when we returned, a non-feather pillow has been left but all feather pillows and blankets were still there. Called the front desk and it was resolved. I think it was a front desk-housekeeping communication blip. a minor problem.

Very comfortable and spacious room with excellent bathroom, with illuminated magnifying mirror — comfortable bed, nice lighting.

The room was cold on my arrival and did not warm up until I was about to leave. I am a vegan and I had to ask for some non dairy milk for my second breakfast. Vegan food is on offer in many places in Geneve so I feel the breakfast should make more effort cater to vegans.

Clean room, nice bathroom, good size working desk, soft pillows.

I was woken up at about 2am by a man camping at my door. I first heard noise and thought perhaps a late arrival to the next room. After while I was woken up by loud snoring. I first thought the walls were so thin but then I realised it was coming from the corridor. I peaked out and saw a man sleeping under pile of blankets, bags everywhere, terrible smell. He also closed the corridor door so basically I had no way out as he blocked it. I was shocked. This is a 4 star hotel experience? As much sympathetic as I was to the homeless person in need, I could not let this major security issue slide. Plus the smell and snoring. I called the receptionist and he was surprised, but he told me he cannot see him on camera. Of course not, the intermittent door was shut. We had a few phone calls, eventually he came up and escorted the man away without drama. He then called to tell me he's gone, that he must have been in the building since daytime and he apologised. I was so shocked with the surreal situation that I could not sleep for another few hours. In the morning, at the checkout, a different receptionist did not mention anything and just took the key from me. When I reminded her what happened at night, she said - yeah, sorry about that. And that was it. No actual apology for sleepless night, not even complimentary coffee, no real accountability for the safety of the guests. This never happened to me, even in the cheapest hotels in poorest of countries. Shocking attitude. Would not be surprised if this was more regular occurrence. I am not a person who will be happy to give bad review but with real sadness, safety is way bigger issue than fluffy pillows or soft towels.

The location to the train station was great. I had an early flight out and they give guests a public transit pass. I checked out at 6:30am and by 7:04am I was sitting at the gate having walked to the train station, ridden to the airport, checked my bag, went through security and cleared immigration.

The beds were older and not too comfortable. Only one pillow per bed.

Located by the train station and yet completely undisturbed by the noise of trains. Retro style. Very clean. The corner room had panoramic view of the city. Panoramic top floor breakfast room

The pillows were too soft and the hotel could not provide firmer ones when asked
