Fine hotel in downtown Cluj. We appreciated everything, from the sober but fine furniture, the wooden floor, the cleanliness.

Very nice hotel in a great position for visiting the city. The room was very clean. The private parking has few places and costs 12€ per night. I was lucky to find a place available on my arrival. Breakfast was good. The staff don't fake to be obsequious, and this is something quite usual in Romania. They do their job and they are available to help.

Hotel Beyfin is in the middle of the town and in walking distance of many historical sites and restaurants. It is clean and very nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very good choice, downtown, reasonably priced, excellent service. The only "meh" is the relatively limited breakfast. Would stay again.

Even though the property was located in a lovely location, sadly one thing that bothered the most. The toilet seat was installed improperly that our stay was ruined by it! Sadly, we couldn't use the toilet effectively!

Rooms need an upgrade, room way too hot, and staff not that friendly other than that great lol.

Mixed Experience with Great Potential I recently stayed at Beyfin and overall, my experience was positive, albeit with a notable hiccup. The hotel boasts a great location, offering a lovely view and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. However, an issue with the breakfast service left a significant blemish on an otherwise enjoyable stay. The hotel failed to communicate that breakfast on Sundays is served only until 10 AM. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this timing upon check-in. When I inquired about having breakfast at 10 AM, I was met with a firm "NO" from the staff, which I found to be quite unprofessional. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing, especially considering that my suite was supposed to include breakfast. As a result, I had to seek breakfast outside the hotel, which was an inconvenience and not in line with the expectations set by the accommodation. Despite this setback, the hotel itself is commendable. The property offers a great ambiance and a beautiful view, adding to the overall experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was also noteworthy and contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay. In conclusion, while the hotel has many positive attributes, the issue with the breakfast service detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit. I hope that the hotel management addresses this concern to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Cant fault the location or facilities at the hotel, i was even upgraded. The only issue was cleaners making a noise too early in the morning outside my room.

Hotel was conveniently located and clean and the staff friendly The rooms were as pictured and warm Disappointed that the roof terrace is no longer in use which is a shame as would give you a great view of Cluj-Napoca, this was not communicated beforehand

The hotel has a very central location with walking distance to most everything. The standard is good. The breakfast, on the other hand, is miserable considering that it is a four-star hotel. I would like to stay at the hotel again, but without ordering breakfast.

I stayed one night at this property before a very early flight. Easy check in and out, excellent room, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Right in the city center, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Very professional and friendly people at the front desk. They arranged for a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend this property when visiting Cluj Napoca.

Pretty, clean and excellent located hotel near all attraction and quick walking distance to the center. Rooms are modern and newly remodeled. Breakfast was included and choices were many, greasy and tasty.Shuttle to airport for a fee. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see. Also the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

Lovely room great location

Our well-appointed room's balcony overlooked beautiful Avram Iancu square with a fountain, the Orthodox Cathedral, the National Theatre, and other magnificent architecture. It was an easy walk to Union Sq and the pedestrian restaurant area. The price was reasonable and service was great. An excellent choice!

Hotel was dated and smelled mouldy. Staff were grumpy and all looked like they hated their jobs. Would not recommend this place.

The stay was good. I ordered a city view room,but they gave me a not city view. I paid extra to get a view city room. The guy in the hotel told me that all the room for him is city view room.

We had the best experience at Hotel Beyfin. The property is ideally located with easy access to downtown. Beautiful views of the city. Rooms were clean and the apartment was perfect for an extra bed. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Hope to go back again one day!
