Another excellent experience. Tiki hut, food and pool great again. Received an upgrade to great pool suite. Highly recommend. Faired Hurricane Milton well!

My card was charged for a full week even with a hurricane coming in and they knew we would have to evacuate. I am now having issues getting a refund. They told me when I checked out early I would receive a refund and they will not respond to messages. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional business.

The restaurant is amazing…felt like truly on vacation as we ate gourmet food. Tiki and pool is bonus. One of favorite place to stay in the area.

Bad service, I had to change the room keys 3 times, walk 300 feet each time because the key didn't work, the front desk employee, Rhonda didn't even apologize to me, for the walk, I'll never come back.

Loved this beautiful little gem of a hotel!! The pool, patio bar and great service made me feel that I was really on vacation! Must try the on-site restaurant, every meal was divine!

Nice room, it was clean, the resort is a beautiful place with a great reputation but the night we stayed there it was during some bad weather and thats the reason we stayed there...we knew there were gonna be power outages and casey key resort "mainland is fully equipped to handle this situation and can still offer all ammendities and comfortable, relaxing stay!!! But their generator was broken..we had no power or air conditioning or hot water in our room all night long...it was well over 90° and extremely humid in our room!! We didn't sleep a wink...or shower or charge our phones or watch tv...it was completely miserable experience!!! But mechanical problems do happen and I understand its out of their control but I feel they should have offered us a voucher for 1 night to make up for our experience...just as a courtesy....at least a refund but I'd prefer to enjoy what I originally paid for thats all my girlfriend and i want is to relax and enjoy that beautiful resort but the hotel has still yet to respond....they just ignore my emails and messages!!

There were long blond hairs on top of the bed and som more hair on the pillows. I don’t believe the room was cleaned properly. The service at the restaurant is mediocre. Had to wait a while to get serviced at breakfast when there was only one family seated and the restaurant was empty. There were 3 waitress standing around talking. In a separate occasion, we were questioned about our breakfast vouchers in front of other guests, implying we were lying about turning in our vouchers. The breakfast staff is a disaster.

Our stay at Casey Key Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service and a beautiful environment.
A special shoutout to Mo, the resort manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. We took full advantage of the resort's amenities, including the infinity pool, spa, and on-site restaurants. The food was delicious, and the activities were well-organized.
Overall, Casey Key Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

The property looks nothing like the pictures. The star rating was three, but this property did not live up to those expectations. The bathroom smells of urine, the seat was peeling, the mirror was rusty, the curtains were not good quality, the towels had a yellow stain on them and were old, and my kids got BEDBUG bites. The room smell. When we pulled into the parking lot there were people standing outside drinking beer with their trunk open. Very unsafe place. The front desk area seems to be in good shape but the rooms are bad. If you just need one night to sleep and not worry about anything about the place then yes but Not recommended when you travel with kids. The price is the same with Holiday Inn but the qualify is not there. Don’t get mislead by the name “resort”.

We had originally booked a double queen, then when we arrived, we decided to upgrade to the King pool with no issues! Smartest move!! Very clean, friendly staff! Great breakfast!

We asked to see the room prior to checking in. The receptionist looked at me like I had 3 heads.
Remodeled old hotel, nice enough rooms.
Attached restaurant has rude service and filthy dining room. A customer asked for syrup, she took off table from previous patron prior to table being bussed. Coffee served in dirty soup bowls. Server's thumb was in my cup when delivered.
Im a great tipper, not that day and server said "wow" when she took the check.

Such a wonderful spot. It looks like a old Florida hotel from the outside. The inside is comfortable, has a great pool and the best eggs Benedict I have ever had.

Definitely going through a remodel at the moment. Room was updated but and here's the but....
Room was next to the stairs which made it very loud. Lights from the parking lot where extremely bright because room only had blinds. And the kicker was, 2 drunk guys yelling at each other and banging on my vehicle at 5am . Worst stay I have had in awhile. Anywhere. Would not recommend until they finish with renovations and do something about the rift raft
