Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough.
BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in.
I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.

This property is the best 3-star I have ever stayed in. Fantastic!!

We were not satisfied at all. Our room was really the worst room in the hotel. They were very indifferent and rude. Only the location is very good and the breakfast is okay.
4.7
Third time at the hotel. Fab bar. Comfy sofa style bar seating and friendly bar and front desk staff. Great breakfast. Easy walk to get to the slope and directly opposite the central parking facility. Had a very sunny balcony overlooking the face and the solaise. Heated boot room and plenty of space for skis and boots. All in all a great hotel. Not sure why it’s only three stars. Deserves more.
4.7
La Savoyarde was a great find. A short walk to the Solaise teleferique as wella s from the shops. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is also easily accessed ski and boot storage in the basement with easy access to the street. My room was very large with 2 single beds pushed together. It also had a large balcony with an outstanding view. Front desk staff were very accommodating, directing me to ski equipment rental and lift tickets.
4.7
Great cozy hotel a 1min walk (in ski boots) from the gondolas. Friendly staff, and good breakfast. Good ski storage in the basement, and great sauna+steam room. Definitely coming back.
4.7
Perfect location. Good facilities. Good breakfast. No complaints at all.

Super helpful and friendly staff

Excellent and friendly customer service and the property was clean, warm and very close to the slopes

Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast and overall a charming hotel at a great location in the heart of val d’isere. Worked a couple of days from the room and the wifi also worked mostly very well.

Week end entre amis ideal,
Hotel chambre confortable
Parties communes tres agreable
Restaurant excellent

Great location, close to what is important: the center of town and the ski slopes. Overall very nice hotel, though starting to get a little dated. Good breakfast.
Staff in the restaurant were pleasant, but front desk not very useful. There is advertisement of VIP benefits, but there are none. The hotel seemed disappointed that we were checking out at the given time, and even when we said we had a sick child did not offer a late one (not that we asked). Our ski locker was too small, only to find out at the end we should have received the key for 2.

An odd hotel - seems like a fairly high end option when you book, but staffing / service is near non-existent - just one person working as far as we could tell, with no-one between 8pm and 8am. Long check in. No parking at hotel or nearby (car parks full) didn’t make for a promising start... rooms were fine, very comfortable bed, location great. Just don’t expect much beyond a Travelodge with no parking and you won’t be disappointed!

The Hotel has a great location, excellent service and food!

Skiing at Val d Isere. The hotel was right at the lifts, the ski room was great! The lounge was big, comfortable, and snacks were great.
Service was excellent. Reasonable price and
close to all of town. Desk people were very
Helpful. Keeping my bags day of checkout,
so I could ski ALL day, would recommend!!
4.7
Family fun friendly hotel, small rooms, mine had only a shower , not a bath, which after skiing is a shame .
4.7
Fairly close to slopes, right in the thick of things - decent breakfasts and great bar area. Staff was very friendly. Spa had a large hot tub - more like a warm tub - that was nice at the end of the day.
4.7
Lovely hotel, especially good access to the ski slopes. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff. The wellness centre and restaurant also good. The only downside is the cost - but everywhere in Val dIsère seems to be expensive!
4.7
Excellent and happy hotel, great location. Loved the bar.

This is simply a wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, great restaurant and fantastic bar! A real gem in the heart of Val di sere and I would recommend anyone to stay here. The little spa is a welcome retreat at the end of the day! the hotel is very clean and it has a lovely family feel to it!!! Will definitely be back!

This is a really quaint, cosy, I’m antic hit hitel the to tons of charm and character. It’s super central (5m walk to slopes and same to ski hire / town centre restaurants and cafes); there’s a small but lovely spa with a hot tub to soothe your post-ski muscles; staff are friendly with good level of English; breakfast was simple but tasty and plentiful; and room was clean, comfy, and cosy (if a little too warm!). We didn’t eat at the restaurant for dinner but dinner but menus looked fab, and bar was chilled but again, cosy and romantic with nice cocktails. Best thing? The value for money - in the context Of this area where hotels are Not cheap, this was half the price of the 5* options but honestly just as enjoyable to stay in. Highly recommend to anyone treating themselves to something beyond the super casual shared apartment option.

Perfect location, bar is fun, breakfast good and staff great

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late on the first night, hardly in time to catch the 9.30pm cut off for the dining room but they accommodated us straight away. The bar staff, restaurant staff, spa staff and reception staff were always very friendly and obliging. Similarly the room staff very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel had a pleasant and family atmosphere..

Staff was very friendly, brilliant location, lovely breakfast and spa facilities. Highlight was the piano bar and fire.
4.7
Cosy hotel very conveniently located, standard French breakfast included, very friendly English speaking staff. Only negative was the room was quite dimly lit and the bed was not overly comfortable.
4.7
Wonderful stay for 5 nights with my family. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, trying to teach the kids French but all spoke good English, room was spotless and very modern. The beds were large and of a high quality. A 100m walk to the piste and right in the heart of Val dIsere with a wide range of local restaurants. Breakfast great, we didnt eat dinner at the hotel as the food was gastronomic and not what we wanted at end of ski day. 10/10.

The Hotel is situated in an excellent position, I found it to be a bit expensive for what it was, the rooms albeit comfortable would have benefited from an upgrade. I very much liked the Bar and its staff were very friendly as were reception who were also very helpful. A little odd that there was no cooked breakfast available until after 8.30 am when any self respecting skier should be getting ready for the slopes! As I said a little expensive for what you get but then again it is Val D'Isere.
