Traveling to visit family. Great accomodations. Good restaurant with yummy choices. Clean and easy access off the freeway. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will make this our new stopping place on our road trip home. Great room view too!

This property is just about to undergo a renovation, so I would go back after this fall and stay here. Rooms are tired and clean but not spotless.
The restaurant at this property is really good. We ate breakfast and dinner there twice during our stay.
The lobby at the hotel has a place to sit and read as well as a coffee bar. It's also close to stores and the highway.

I checked out a full day early, before 10am on 9/1 due to mold in the room and getting food poisoning from undercooked salmon in their restaurant. I was charged for a second night even though I checked out well before checkout time and confirmed with the front desk that I was not being charged for the second night after showing photos of the condition of the room. I understand they're about to remodel so some things arent being taken care of, but there was a wad of hair in the shower blocking the drain as well as urine stains on the carpet. The staff was great and I did enjoy the view as I had to have the sliding door open all night to breathe. This isnt letting me add the photos.

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Not "the bar is downstairs" loud, nor "the kids tournament is early" loud. But, "I can hear everything said in the hallway loud. So, when a couple fights loudly from 12am to 3am, in the hallway and out on the street, it keeps you awake and fearing for the gal's life. The front desk just kept saying, "I'm getting to it". Yes the police came, no that did not help.

Know that the property is not 'on' the river - but across the street. The beds are pretty bad - deep dip towards the center makes the queen hard to sleep in when shared. Upon stepping into the room, an odd moldyish odor hit me. Had to open the balcony door to get fresh air in.

Front desk was really friendly, was not a good stay due to outdoor pool being closed and construction in the building. We selected a river view and we just got a view of construction. Also room still had trash in trash can from prior guest! Wish I would have known about the construction before booking! This ruined our whole trip! We booked cause we wanted to use outdoor pool

Liked the area. Bed was clean and comfortable. Carpet and chair were really stained and dirty. The sheets were clean, but needed to be replaced because of all the holes in them. Bonus, no bed bugs.

Under construction. Cobwebs everywhere outside, dusty and dirty. The room i was in was kinda hobbled together, when i went to plug the charger unit back in that was disconnected, the floor under the bed was... pretty bad. Keys lose ability to open the doors quickly and needed 3 replacements (storing it separate from electronics etx). I dunno, front desk was helpful and kind. Food was mediocre.

The lobby was a bit difficult to find at first - it's the second driveway but check in was a breeze and my room was ready early.
The location was adequate for my needs. Easy access from the freeway and across the road from the Willamette River with a trail and access dock. Despite being near construction, the area was quiet and beautiful. I watched a bald eagle across the way while fish jumped in the river.
The rooms are dated but are in the process of being remodeled. The room was "as clean as a dated hotel could be" (carpets worn, walls stained, etc. ) The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The towels were thin and the shower didn't have any pressure.
Bonus was the coffee, microwave and refrigerator. The only downfall was a lack of a safe in the room.

We were only there for 1 night, room was spacious and clean, had coffee maker and toiletries. No breakfast buffett with Best western are known for so that was disappointing. Breakfast was $17. Room was very noisy at night due to the highway right there. But room did come with earplugs! Lol

All interactions with the staff in the lobby were friendly and professional. We checked in later in the evening and it was nice to get checked in so quick, they also let us drop off our bags earlier in the day. Rooms were clean and everything was in working order, it's a good place for a short term stay. Air conditioner turns on at set times and can be a bit loud. Ear plugs are provided for those who need it, there can often be some trickle in sounds from outside depending on where your room is situated.
