Room floor sticky. Was refused extra towels, roaches in ahower and no working WIFI or TV!

The check in receptionist was blunt and rude, and demanded we pay our deposit in cash, which we luckily had on hand. Our room was infested with cockroaches. The bed linens were barely clean. The floor was dirty and we literally woke up with roaches on us. Disgusting.

The room was filthy full of roaches, the sheets and pillow cases were stained yellow and brown and had black curly hair on them! I went to attendant and demanded a refund he said he could not give me one he didn’t know how and everyone was sleeping!!! He agreed with me the place was horrible….he took me to 3 different rooms all of them were in same the condition. My wife and I had no choice 11:30pm to find another room especially when we were not getting a refund. They ask for a CASH deposit with no receipt given, very suspicious! Prostitution and drug dealing going on all out long on parking lot with no one stopping it. I’m the A.M. going to get my refund and $50 deposit back I spoke to management and she said “ I’ll notate the issues” That’s It!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! ITS NOT HEALTHY OR SAFE ……

The sheets had stains on them. They had very small tvs in the room. Dirty towels. Smell of marijuana all around the hotel and in the rooms.

Staff members are extremely rude and disrespectful especially the staff members that begin after 1pm they are extremely nasty to guests

There were huge flies and also fleas in my room. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke.

They had cockroaches. The last day that I stayed there I came back from work and there was dead ants all over the floor like they sprayed raid on them and never cleaned them up. I reviewed multiple spider bits in my sleep and one staff member in particular was extremely nasty to deal with. She called the police and tried to have me trespassed when I was packing up my things to leave, then after I left I called because I left my hot plate and I needed it to make dinner. She proceeded to call the cops a second time where they came to my me hotel and threatened to arrest me. I took a video of the dead bugs on the floor and my spider bites and will be contacting a lawyer to pursue the matter any and every way I legally can

The bed sheets had bodily fluids on them l. The room was smelly. The Lady at tje Window was rude said we needed to gove a $ 50 in cash deposit. Tv didn't work the refrigerator was leaking unsafe area. The Pictures did not match what was on the website.

Front desk is good

The place was infested with roaches an bugs there was even mice droppings by the room door. And the towels were not even clean it was a very disgusting experience I was supposed to be there for 9 days but I checked out the next morning and the girl at the desk didn’t want me to check out and said I was to stay and I told her no there was no way I would be staying there one more night.

The room smelled like mildew there were roaches in the restroom and above the sink the carpet was filthy they had no ice bucket it was just bad overall

If you on a budget very convenient, clean enough. Customer service staff is extremely and blatantly

It was fine for the price. I had to withdraw cash for the deposit which seemed strange. The tv doesn't work. The maintenance gentleman came over and fixed it and I tried to change the channel and it immediately broke again. But the room is comfortable besides that.

The water was cold because it didn't work properly.

I understand this was a cheaper hotel and you pay for what you get, normally do not have that issue. When I went to wash my hands in the sink they were ants crawling out everywhere not just a little like a whole bunch of them. They were in the shower and around the toilet. The back of the toilet didn’t have a cover on it. There were cockroaches crawling on the floor it was so bad we went to management the women said they’d clean it come back in a few hours. She lied because when we came back nothing changed. They refused to refund us fully for our stay just charged one night as hotel policy. We ended up staying somewhere down the street for the night and went somewhere else for the rest of our trip. By the way the photo barely describes how bad it was .
