My home away from home

H Niterói was very well located in a safe nieghborhood. Roof top pool was absolutely great service was top notch. W We walked along the beach with no issuea. If anyone tells you Rio or Niterói is not a safe place then they have never been to NYC or LA or anywhere elae in the world thatnis a bog city.

The breakfast buffet was definitely very convenient as a tourist I didn’t have to worry about where to have breakfast and the food was very good. Staff was very helpful.

Front desk staff are not very welcoming .

We came to this hotel because of a wedding. The hotel is conveniently situated near a supermarket and a drugstore. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk was accommodating. The pool bar service was incredibly slow and our server did not speak English or Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate. He only spoke Portuguese. The breakfast buffet had many options and was definitely worth it.

Very nice view from the rooftop, good breakfast options, and great service. The Ocean view rooms have a great view to Rio.

The staff made the difference on this hotel. Breakfast which is included is also amazing. The hotel is not bad, but overpriced for what it offers.

The view from the ocean rooms are incredible! The rooftop infinity pool view was spectacular and the pool water was warm!! The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful. The only negative at this property is that the bartenders at the roof top pool are not very welcoming. They almost seem grumpy. The service staff at the pool were great but the bartenders were not.

The room had a great view but the air conditioning unit would drip on the floor which caused small wet spots.

From the staff to the food, this hotel was outstanding. Our view from the 17th floor was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view from room. Basic hotel and rooms with good breakfast. Tv did not work and there should be complimentary water for guests

Staff well trained, kind, and helpful! I can’t think of anything bad about this hotel. I would strongly recommend it. And the plus: try to get a room where you can see the ocean. Totally worth it and you won’t regret it!!!

We have stayed several times- it is the nicest hotel in Niteroi - this trip was a let down- I needed to have a business meeting - I was told by one person at the front desk no problem - later I was told I would need to rent a meeting room- after meeting with them about the meeting room I was told they would get back to me with a price No one ever got back to me and I was not able to have the meeting Quite disappointing

This is a great place to stay when in Niteroi. It is somewhat expensive but every now and then you can be a great deal. The rooms are great very large. The ocean view is fantastic. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful lots of choice and all you can eat. The staff is always helpful. A great place to stay.

Hotel was clean but one day housekeeping skipped our room We returned after a long day to the same unmade room

The view is incredible - all of downtown Rio, Sugarloaf, the statue of Christ and much more. Need to ask for oceanfront room. Breakfast was everything you could want fruits, eggs and bacon, cheeses and meats, sweet breads. The staff is very courteous and attentive to your needs. Some of them speak very good English. Very safe during the day. Use caution at night.

The hotel it’s ok . But the price it’s away too high!!!! Too expensive for what you get. Staffs are wonderful but not worth it!

Great costumer service and beautiful hotel. Grocery was next door with made it very convenient to get supplies.

I loved the hospitality all the staff showed, the view from the pool was magnificent and the buffet was great!

Cheap furniture. Dirty and cramped bathrooms. Sinks do not drain. Extremely noisy hotels, rooms are poorly insulated. Dirty carpets in the hallways. Extremely cheap furniture in the rooms.
