Good hotel. Needs to keep on top of maintenance and upgrades, as it’s starting to look tired. Gym kit was not working too.

Nice breakfast, great service, professional and clean. Comfortable pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Good pressure in the spacious shower.
Not a lot closeby and the public transportation did not seem convenient, Uber is not available here, but you can call a number and get a taxi in 5-10 minutes. 21-26€ to Ancona Centro, 45€ to nice beaches (portanuova and Mezzavalle). Windows could have been cleaner, but really not an issue. Well maintained facility.
Cappuccino with latte art as well as great omelett is performed by Pietro S di Napoli, omelette has thin crisp layer outside, soft inside!
Ancona is also a lot breezier and cooler than for example Roma and Milano, due to its geographical location!

of Ancona. Facilities and room were new and well maintained.

A beautiful hotel, but the beach is not as accessible as the photos would make one think. A highway and a railroad track intervene to make beach access impossible. The hotel offers a great breakfast and has a beautiful spa that we really enjoyed. The room was much too warm, especially in the afternoons. Better air-conditioning in the Italian summer heat is essential.

The room I stayed in was great: spacious, clean, comfortable bed, generous bathroom, great lighting. I stayed in a Junior Suite.
The breakfast buffet is great. A lot of choice, and a nice spacious room. Although you do need to nudge to get a coffee.
Dinner is ok, a few good choices but quite pricey, the service was a bit slow though. One night we waited 45 minutes to get our food, and there were only 5 tables in the whole restaurant.
The gym I was disappointed with, it’s just a small room with a few machines (bike, treadmill) and one bench for weights. it would be quite tight to work out with more than 2 people in there.
I decided not to visit the spa, so I didn’t see the facilities but they were at level -2 and I didn’t get a great impression.
The reception staff is lovely and very helpful.
The area around the hotel isn’t great, I struggled to find places to eat well. And the hotel doesn’t do lunch.

Very nice place with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. I would also highly recommend the spa. Antoinetta, the massage therapist, gives amazing massages to help you relax and unwind. Absolutely a must!

I liked the beautiful big room, excellent breakfast, great cappuccino. The bed however was rather soft. When I took a shower, the hendle broke!
You are near the sea, but there is no possibility to walk along the sea.

We loved the hotel but not the area. There is nothing to do walking distance. We had to spend over $40 on taxis to take us to town. BUT we did love the hotel. The spa is incredible! If you’re looking for a relaxing time, book this hotel.

Great hotel in the Ancona area. I like the modern features in the room. The front desk staff were excellent. I enjoyed the spa very much. The city and beaches are within short driving distance.

10 minute bus ride to a long sandy beach. 15 minute bus ride to Ancona. The hotel can arrange taxi's for you but taxi's not always available at busy times.

Lovely place on the way to our destination. Great having a restaurant just below the hotel with great pizza. The breakfast was fantastic and varied. Overall awesome!

Room and view was lovely. It is a far distance from town which cost around 15 euro to get to cathedral. Sometimes difficult to motivate staff but got some great tips for exploring town once I managed. Unfortunately I left a glass case in reception and when trying to find out how to retrieve, staff were very rude to my friend and even hung up on her. Shame.

This hotel was beautiful. It was very clean and quiet. The staff were all amazing and the breakfast was fabulous! The area around the property wasn't as nice as the hotel itself but overall, it was an excellent experience.

This is a great business hotel for people with a car, but it is super inconvenient for tourists. It is on a bust road and railway line. The trians are sparse and the buses busy and infrequent and do not run late.
It is advertised as a spa hotel, but the spa comes at an extra cost. The hotel is close to the sea, but the beach is a slim strip of shells and is not nice at all - dirty, grafitti and discarded building materials l!

I had an excellent stay. Room had an amazing view. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Spa was great along with the services provided. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. A bit out of the center but an easy taxi ride away.i would absolutely recommend this hotel. 💯

We stayed only one night on route to Puglia. Very pleasant atmosphere. Great, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed (very important), good linens and an excellent restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

Good place as base for daily trips to visit towns nearby. Car or taxi is a must to move. Quiet and clean, good breakfast. For our surprice there was a multilingual person is reseption, spoke even finnish.

The EGO Hotel is an all around and all inclusive place. The state of the hotel, the staff and the services offered are excellent. Breakfast and dinner options are very good, not exuberant, but freshness and variety are more than notable. The SPA area was unexpected, massage services good. The staff was very helpful to point out things to do and places to see in Ancona.

Sparkling clean hotel with a beautiful boutique-like contemporary design. A frequent traveler, the breakfast included was one of the finest breakfasts I’ve experienced in 40 years. The orange juice, for example, could not have been more than five minutes out of the orange. And the croissants were still warm. Omelettes made to order.
