The one bedroom villa is very spacious with los of room to add an additional bed. There are no cooking facilities in the one bedroom villa but that was not an issue as there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff at Berawa Villa are also extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged pick-up from the airport, arranged our rental of scooters and arranged our transportation to Ubud

Very mixed feelings about Villa Berawa. The plus points are that the villa is huge and the staff are fantastic. However it feels like this place needs a revamp. I’m the villa the kitchen is tired and the bathroom damp and with plumbing issues. The gym had a big leak in it and the grounds need attention. In the end the staff make this place, but it’s not enough. There are much better, newer Villas around

The best aspect of my stay was the staff who go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. The private pool is perfect for relaxing in privacy. Located a short distance from cafes. I booked a 2 bed villa with private pool and was upgraded to the 3 bed. That was a nice surprise even though we didn't need the extra space. The villa itself is a little bit dated but very much what you would expect given the style of property. It would have been nice to have an latch on the glass bathroom doors near the shower and tub. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend for those adults wanting a peaceful getaway or familes with teens.

Great experience in a good calm location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants for all sorts. The pool just outside the villa was great and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Quiet location with an authentic traditional Bali feel. No fuss but accommodating and friendly service. Comfortable bed, huge spacious villa and shared warm pool. Lovely breakfast and afternoon tea. Value for money, good position, would suit relaxation holiday away from the crowds.

We arrived at midnight and despite it being so late, we had staff to help with luggage and letting us into our room (check-in desk already closed). Kind of spooky pictures on the wall (!) the space is humungous. We didn't manage to use the pool but it looked lovely. You are able to request breakfast outside your villa which is nice. Food was tasty. We walked to Finns, it was a very short walk (less than 10 mins) but no pavement so just FYI

Pros: Walkable distance to the beach around 10 to 15 mins. Has a restaurant kitchen in front and it’s pretty reasonable priced. Quiet and cooling at night, small rice field nearby. Villa is spacious and comfortable. Has a kitchen for simple needs and water dispenser. Offer a daily one time drop off to either Seminyak or Echo beach. Wish it has more though. Staff is ever so warmth and typical Balinese style. Cons: Pool need some attention though, staff kept cleaning or adding material for cleaning and you’ll ended up not able to use the pool. Need to add a ceiling fan in the villa, it’s a huge space and one do not need to turn on the aircon at all times, not to mention there’s 2 units! Need to put more mosquito coils in the evening in front of the porch, it helps though there’s one, more is better. Gym aircon needs to be fix.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! I travelled to Bali for the first time with my son (6yo). We loved the pool with the quiet and peaceful atmosphere here! Truly relaxing! It was so nice to wake up to the view of a beautifully kept pool and have breakfast brought to our terrace. The staff was so accommodating to my son's wishes, and made us feel so welcome! I would definitely return here next time. Everything was easy to arrange, safe, and the staff made some wonderful recommendations for cafes to eat and places to go. They arranged a day trip for us with one of their drivers, and we really enjoyed all the places he took us to. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant. :-)

Such an amazing hotel with lovely staff. We stayed at one of the four villas by the main pool and loved it. We actually extended our 4 day stay to 14 days. The villas are gorgeous and just what you need. We are traveling with a 7 month old baby and we highly recommend the Berawa Villa.

The villa is spacious and roomy but on the road and opposite is a construction which is noisy. Staff are great but internet is difficult to connect and doesn’t work well or at least not for me.

Cannot fault my stay one bit! The service was amazing the room beautiful the price very acceptable, we stayed here just one night as we had a villa booked in Seminyak but had we not already paid for it we would have stayed here for the whole week!! We will be back!!!

Wonderful accommodation (we stayed in the three bedroom villa) which was equipped with a large private pool (extremely nice for the children). Food (especially dinner) was extremely nice and brought to the villa (as was our daily cooked breakfast). Service was great, the hotel has a lot to offer and the team has helped us to organize all our trips and transfers. Location is good, close to the beach and to other nice restaurants and shops as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to return on a next trip to Bali.

close to beach staffs are all really friendly and quickly respond to any enquiries food from the restaurant are quit good and there are good amounts of breakfast choices very comfortable beds good privacy we had a great time there although we had some problems with one of the toilets but the problem was solved quickly

We loved everything about this place except for the proximity to the street and the construction work across the road. The villa is very spacious, the breakfasts are delicious and that staff truly went above and beyond for us.

They were very nice.The only prob was the transportation, they work with people who overcharge tourists.

I stayed in the two bedroom villa with my partner and 2 other adults. The villa was huge, much bigger than any other villa in Bali we’ve stayed in. The pool was large and clean. Bed super comfortable and air con worked really well. The best thing was the staff - super polite and friendly. Only a 5 - 10 min walk to Finns beach club, there’s not too much else in walking distance so the free transport into the main part of Canggu or Seminyak every day was really useful! We will be back :)

The 3 bedroom private villa with pool was perfect for a family holiday. The staff also helped to hire a pool fence to keep my 2 year old safe. The food was ok and served us well for alight breakfast and some late night pizza's, there is so much choice locally. I highly recommend the villa.

We stayed in this property at the 2 bedroom Arjuna Villa for 4 nights and it was a great experience.All the minor issues we had, were handled very efficiently by the staff with a big smile.The location was perhaps not as expected since next door we had a surfers hotel and it faced a road that could sometimes get slightly noisy, mostly with motorbikes coming in and out of the hotel.The pool,was super relaxing, nice small garden and very nice outdoors lounge overlooking the pool where we had dinner 3 of the 4 nights we stayed and breakfasts all morning.The quality of food was very good and reasonably priced . The villa is well kept and the hotel common grounds are very nice. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom which might be needing some updating. The outdoors shower at the master bedroom was very nice.Kitchenette has a stove and a small fridge , no microwave. We hired one of the hotel drivers for a full day tour and it worked out great.This property is a 5 minutes walk to Canggu Beach where we had some great times at Finns beach club, recently opened.The beach is great for surfing and walking when the tide is low, not for swimming.With traffic it took us almost an hour to get from the airport but only 30 minutes on our way back, transfer were very efficiently provided by the property.When you read the property description, be aware that the square footage shown is for the entire property including pool, garden and carport.One final comment on the staff:Great attitude

We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa (six of us) for 3 night. The villa was spacious for us to stay, and everything was nice and clean. However, the WIFI was a bit unstable for the first two days and the place has limited breakfast options.

The staff here is fantastic: super friendly, very respectful of privacy, super helpful. We loved everyone who works here! The villa was clean, modern, well air-conditioned, and comfortable. Two steps out the door, and you are in the pool. The restaurant is passable, much better than other villas at which we've stayed, but I suggest going elsewhere for dinners. The only problem is that this villa is an oasis in the middle of nowhere: 150,000 rupiah for a taxi from Semanyak. Just rent a scooter for your stay, and you'll be set. But as we were ready for some serious non-touristy R-and-R, we had a great time here. Did I mention that the staff is fantastic?
