Helpful staff, no frills hotel in a great location.

Stunning on the inside. I loved the old-world ambiance and the beautiful furnishings. The coffee served in silver service was ooh-la-la! The room size was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bathtub that involved a huge step up and over to get into. There was no shower curtain and the low mount of the handheld shower awkward to use.

At check in things went pear shaped as we were told one of the rooms had been cancelled- This was not the case as per my booking on the Expedia App 2 rooms booked and paid in November 2022 - Our travel companion was told her room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so she had to get a booking at another hotel - Then the hotel debited my credit card for the 2 nights after telling them the room was pre paid to Expedia in November. So now I am waiting on a reply to one receive a credit back as I have for 2 nights twice and we need a credit back for our travel companion as she did not get to stay the 2 nights in the Hotel that was pre paid and has had to pay for 2 nights at a different hotel. I am looking forward to this being resolved ASAP as a long standing Gold Member with countless bookings over many years. The Hotel offered no apologies for the mix up and tried to blame me for the room cancelation till I showed them the confirmation on the booking App

The room was very small. No space to move about but it’s common on the European cities. Location was spectacular!!!!

This hotel's location is perfect for exploring Orleans on foot. Our room was small, but comfortable and very well equipped. We used the onsite parking (get a reservation) and that also worked well.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are a but small but that is to be expected in a central location. One of our rooms did smell like cigarette smoke which was the only down side.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel ideal for exploring the city on foot, just two minutes walk from the main square. The only downside was the size of our room: I am a wheelchair user and had booked the only accessible room. The room is very small and it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre the chair around the room. The roll in shower had no seat (luckily I had a shower stool with me).

Excellent location for a quick stop in Orleans. Staff all friendly. We had the breakfast which was nice and plentiful. Parking was 20 euros but it was on site so very convenient.

Comfortable room that was very clean with lovely amenities. Very up to date and a great location in the historic district. Easy to walk to from the train station.

The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful! The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable.

Alise at desk very nice and helpful. Other staff good too. Great location. Use hotel recommended parking or park free on street between 6pm and 9am. Indigo parking is a rip off. Very clean and good breakfast.

Excellent location, about 10 minute on foot to the cathedral and the main restaurant hub. A vast array of shops almost on the doorstep yet the hotel is located in the middle of a very quiet one way street. Parking is available by prior booking in individual garages literally opposite the hotel door.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The front desk person mapped out a walking tour of the city, and gave a recommendation for dinner. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Lastly, it couldn’t be better placed within the its center!

The guy on reception was really helpful and friendly and the location was fantastic - really central. This hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay in Orléans.

The location was close to the old part of Orléans. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The cost of hotel car park at 20,00 per night is high. The shower water runs off into the dry area of the bathroom. We will return to stay!

Excellent helpful reception, nothing too much trouble

A comfortable hotel to stay in and very well located with the square just a short walk away as well as the station. Planning of the layout of the room and bathroom let them down a bit with the wardrobe lacking shelf space for clothes and the shower, which was an excellent one, lacking a proper door to keep the water inside. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

Friendly welcome with glasses of cold water on 35 degree day, bikes safely locked in bike room in garage, terrific air con and good WiFi , central location.

This is a small hotel - twelve rooms I think - well laid out in a convenient part of Orleans. room was very clean and had a well designed bathroom with good water pressure. Staff were helpful at check-in, pointing out places to park our car. Our room was quiet and aircon worked well.
