Great location. Loved the bed and room in general. Would have given a excellent rating except for the light smell of machine oil. The facility is a renovated electrical parts manufacturing facility (which is actually pretty cool).

Breakfast choice very limited. Website advertises fitness facilities and implies they are part of the hotel which they are not. They are a private gym facility a few doors away for which a day pass costs 27 Swiss francs ( about £25). Very misleading misleading as I chose the hotel on the basis of location but also that that there were fitness facilities in the hotel.

Very good to stay on a business trip. You can work very well in the lobby and can get documents printed. Nice breakfast. Clean room.

I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and it took me a bit to find the right entrance - but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel has character, it is clean, the check-in staff was very nice and friendly - certainly exceeded my expectations.

Centrally located in Baden, within walking distance to many good restaurants. This building is an old transformer factory. The inside still has the overhead crane and steel beams. Part of the towns manufacturing history. The building has been remodeled very well and is very clean. Great breakfast, too.

We really liked this hotel in the town center. Very modern and clean. Good buffet breakfast and nice staff. The bed was great and the bedding very soft. Great bathroom products too. Only downside, expensive parking garage but free overnight parking is available on street.

Best hotel on this 11 day European trip. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, unfortunately there was none.

The hotel conditioning is good but it’s hard to find hotel entrance.

The hotel is brand new, therefore feels modern, and the bed is just perfect. In addition, it is conveniently located in the centre of Baden

Good location close to everything in Baden. The hotel has a post-industrial style, which is interesting without being too intrusive. The rooms have a modern design and are comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

Overall , the visit was great , Albeit this place is with a minimal design , it is very welcoming , the check in was speedy and I got the room . I also got a nice discount for close restaurants, most of the stay went well, what hindered the experience a little was the WiFi in the room which started with a bang , along with a great smart TV , which , after an hour, slowed down till a near halt . The service person was indeed courteous and kind and attempted a remote reset which did not solve the problem. She indeed offered to come to the room and check the problem out , yet the time was very late and I forfeited the effort, which is a pity . other than that , the Hotel has a nice history , this was the original Trafo Electrical Transformers factory in Switzerland, and has a HUGE volume , divided to a great hall , a hotel , a small convention/ party center and a facility which hosts restaurants/ movie theater and a pub. All in a minimalism design , which is an eye freshener. breakfast was great and had it all ,albeit being hosted in a small area. a Very professional and prompt crew. a very wide and comfortable bed which was great for our last nights stay.

Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Trafo Hotel is a renovated Transformer Production line, making it have a very interesting lobby and design.

Nive modern hotel, perfect for business trips, nearby different dining opportunities and take away opportunities in the Trafo center
