Everyone was extremely friendly and was there to help you at all times. No matter the request, they did their best to help you.

Lovely and quiet. Rooms big with nice comfortable king bed. Didn’t know you were on a main road. Looks exactly as the photos. Staff are just beautiful people always willing to go the extra mile

Breakfast is pretty good. Stayed at villa 5, Villa is big, Two aircon are cold, end up switched on only one aircon at night. The bathroom is great with bath tub. However, the shower tap in the shower room was not really functioning well. Outside the villa there’s one convenient store, hop on to the free shutter to seminyak square area. Overall, it’s a great stay. Is situated next to the temple, is better to consider if you prefer peace and quiet during the early morning.

The property was rated 5 star we rate 3.5... Villa cleanliness was poor.... Towels were well used some with holes.... The food was average... There is no common ground for socializing..... The staff were very helpful . Position of villas is not close to restaurants felt a little isolated. Overall it was our first time to Bali and could have been a better experience... pictures on Expedia website are misleading and need upgrading. We found better accommodation at similar price closer to restaurants and shops.

Very private villas very close to Seminyak Village Square. The staff were professional and friendly. It was nice to have free drop off around the area. The room was always clean and the private pool was wonderful. The only thing that needs improvement is the wifi. Very slow and rarely connected. I expected better for a place that only has 9 villas.

Meals are very good served to your room and cheap, with room service into the night. The only complaint I could see was it seemed a little unkept and dirty in places with water stains around the taps and sinks etc. Towels could do with upgrading. Good eating places close by.

Friendly stuff and breakfast choices were excellent. Love the privacy in the room with our own pool. Will definitely stay there again the next time we go! Thank you for a memorable holiday!

Pros - there is s a free mini bar and a top up of 4 bottles of mineral water daily. Mini bar is for one time, which is fine too. Breakfast, as mentioned by others, is not good. Not worth it. Though they do deliver the breakfast to your room. Hotel provides ONE way transport to the airport for free if you stay at least 3 nights. Cons - MOSQUITOES, lousy toiletries and no top up of toiletries and bad service from the reception.area. Interestingly, even after spraying the insecticide which the hotel provides, I am surprised that the mosquitoes did not die. They might have been immuned to it. The staff do NOT inform you of the changes for the transport to the airport until the eleventh hour. Hence, be prepared to miss your flight if you have no contingency plan B. The showergel provided stinks. Though I would have preferred toiletries such as cotton bud or shower cap to be topped up daily, there was none because I had brought along my own shower gel, shampoo etc. I think that's bad. Would I recommend this hotel? NO! Don't!

Nice staff. But Breakfast not very yummy! Its my Frist time Villa not providing service of sending post card. They asked me to walk 15mins to post office myself.

Stayed for 4 nights. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Room amenities were very good, though could be improved further (the door locks). The staff was excellent, very responsive. They even agreed for an extension of check-out time with a nominal charge.

Never felt unsafe, bed is super comfy, staff is accommodating, villa is very clean and the area is very quiet.

Villa was clean and comfortable! Near to seminyak square. Villa provided shuttle services to most areas in seminyak including potato head club. Will definitely book crown again.

So disappointed with this hotel. The floor is dirty didn't even mopped. The bath tub is yellowish as well as the towels given. The room is dirty.

I stayed at Crown Astana for 6 days, it was great. The in town drop-off is good to have, the room was very comfortable, clean, and felt secure. The staff was always willing to help, breakfasts were great. The AC worked great! And the Wi-fi did as well. Not too far from Seminyak Square and a 15-30 minute (depending on traffic) drive to Kuta and Legian beach. My only criticism would be cleaner towels and a new paint coat for the doors but nothing major. I would stay there again if I returned to Bali

Can not fault Crown Astana Villas, lovely hotel and great staff!

Loved everything about the place except the breakfast. You do get a choice of several breakfasts but must select the day before and the food not the best. Other than that loved it! Wish we had of known about the free daily shuttle too as didn't know till our last day.

Good villa but you can buy a lot more for the same price in a more authentic setting

Smaller scale villa with helpful staff in general, very helpful in arranging transports in particular! Breakfast can be of lighter scale o we don't waste food - i.e. each person was offered 2-3 buns every morning on top of a main dish & cereal & yogurt. Great location - slightly away from the crowded bars & restaurants areas, a mini-mart is right at the hotel entrance if needed!

Crown Astana Villas are modern, clean and very private. Hardly heard any outside noise. The villa's are very spacious with incredible bathroom, bedroom and kitchen/dining rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and meet every request that we had. Would definitely recommend this villa to couples wanting a quieter area to stay with a great deal of privacy.
