Stayed here a couple years ago and was great so booked it again for a 4 night stay unfortunately the room they gave us I would suspect has had some type of water damage and had an overwhelming musty smell,too late the first night to do anything but suffer through as the office closed,first thing in the morning went to the office about it and they gave me another room right away which was fantastic,will stay again just make sure I don't get room 115 ever again.

My son and I had a great time. It was weird using real keys again.

Great hotel with a home town feel. The staff makes you feel like family and that makes up for the place being a little dated. We will be coming back.

Older property but well maintained. Super friendly and helpful stafff. It is like being at Grandma's house. Pool was clean and there were two (indoor and outdoor.) Close to attractions.

This was our second stay and we absolutely love it! The A/C is so cold and the workers are so friendly! Such an amazing location and will stay here again!

The room I booked on hotels. Com was not the room I was put in . The room smelled musky and did not have a balcony like I wanted and it was to the back no view at all . The staff was very friendly but I was so disappointed.

The hotel felt like a safe place to be.overall it was pretty quiet away from traffic,except for the loud kids in the pools and slamming of the gate.kids are kids though.It was pretty close to the things we wanted to do

Norma Dan hotel was very nice and perfect for three nights. It’s close to many restaurants and Dollywood. A great value that we would definitely return to!

Pools, outdoor and indoor, were very nice!!

The property is close to nature trails and shops which is great, the only critique would be the carb heavy continental breakfast.. I feel that there could be more vegetables and proteins.

There's nothing negative about this property. It is older. But extremely clean. One owner. This business has been in business in Pigeon Forge for many years. To be able to be in a business as long as they have. You just know that the property is well taken care of. You will not find another that is comparable in cost.

This property is dated;however, it is extremely clean. Was staying for 2 nights and was surprised when we came back to the room after being gone all day to see new towels, bed completely made, and trash was taken out.

I have stayed here at this hotel for 8 to 10 years is like home too me great place and we have been the only people of color their as well 😊

Perfectly affordable for our stay

05/31/24 to 06/02/24 - We had a fabulous time here at Norma Dan Motel for the education week by Ripley's. From the time we checked in to Norma Dan to our housekeeper name "Brenda" and the breakfast host - All the staff aiming to please. Our room a N/S Handicap king was very spacious, The king size bed was really comfortable, just wish there was a comforter in the room; but upon checking in the room was kept cool as we walk in after a 300 mile drive from Cincinnati. Between the indoor pool and hot-tub and the outdoor swimming pool they both were a delight. The breakfast buffet was really good except for the Orange Juice that was sour and tangy both mornings we were their. I kinda wish they had Krispy Kreme donuts like they use to a few years ago under different management; but they had dam good coffee, banana nut muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, (3) types of cereal, Yogurt, hard boiled eggs & awesome pancakes and waffles. The hotel facility was super clean and all the staff were aiming to please. This hotel is definitely family friendly and I give this place (4) Stars. On our stay their we spotted some black bear cubs behind the motel by the dumpster, but were wondering where Momma bear was? Overall a great stay for a great price, will definitely be back in the Summer. Many thanks to all the Norma-Dan Staff for their hospitality and Great Attitudes....
