It was a nice stay will keep going back , I liked that they had a Barber Shop in the same facility.

I reserved 2 rooms at this place. The check in was ok he explained the restaurant/ bar hours well as pool time access. We went to put our luggage in the rooms and decided to got try the food in there restaurant. There was nobody there eating it was only us 4 eating. We had no water offered upon sitting. The waitress brought us the menu and took about 15 minutes to ask if we wanted something to drink. We asked for our drinks then it took another 15 minutes to come back and ask for food orders. We ordered grilled chicken plate, burger with fries, club sandwich with fries and mixed fajitas plate chicken and meat. It literally took 35 minutes to get 3 plates and still waiting on the fajitas plate. 3 of us were all done while we continued to wait for the fajitas and had to get up and ask status on it the girl said it’s coming. 3 of them hanging out chatting and nobody would come ask everything ok or anything needed.. it took practically 50 minutes to get the fajitas so we e sat and waited for our friend to eat. Not kind you it said mixed with chicken and meat. No meat was in it. Why did it take this long when they had zero customers. I overheard a guy come and complain where is my club sandwich that I orders 30 minutes ago to my room. One of the guys said oh they been busy.. really? With who we were the only 4 in there. All employees were just hanging out chatting and even saw the guy fro. Reception come and change a bill with one of the ladies in the kitchen. Both counting coins.

Other than some nights too noisy due to a Karaoke Bar on the premises with very loud music, the property is OK, average. However, it's location is excelent.

Our experience: we had two rooms reserved, the rooms were in the back of the building, rooms are small and lacking amenities, no counter space to put your stuff in the bathrooms nor in the room, there was only an armoire to hang a few things, that's about it.
The shower: small, the cold water barely came out, without having a floor towel the shower was getting a bit flooded.
The A/C in the room was a bit noisy, there were also noises that sounded like pipes cracking sometimes.
When we notified the front desk that we wanted to cancel our next two nights, we were told that if we didn't have a national credit card (mexican bank card or credit card), that in order for them to credit us back, we needed several things from our credit card company which when I contacted our credit card company, they didn't have any clue what I was talking about it! We never got to talk to the manager, we weren't important enough I guess, the gentleman that was trying to help us was understanding and trying to help but there wasn't much he could do, he was able to move us to one of the rooms they call: "an executive room"! the room is located in the main front building, the room was way nicer, bigger, had a full tub and plenty room to put your stuff.
The rooms don't have an in-room iron or an ironing board, if you need an iron, you'll need to leave some form of an ID at the front desk so they can lend you one, same goes for a hair dryer (our first room didn't have one), the cleaning staff is nice.

The staff was excellent! I enjoy the restaurant a lot and the executive rooms were very confortables. My only suggestion is that they need to fix the jacuzzi.

My stay was great. I was upgraded to an executive suite for free when they found out me and friends were staying to ensure we were together. It was really nice of the staff.
