Amazing! From the decor, to the staff, to the attention to detail. I became quite friendly with the front desk staff as I stayed for 6 days (was hiking in the Berkshires in early November). The bed, pillows, and chairs were all super comfortable, shower pressure was great, and the service was out of this world. Thank you to everyone!

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful restored building with loving attentive staff. I was pleasantly surprised by this stay and would highly recommend a stay here. Hope to return one day.

Loved the room, the comfort of the bed and the hotel as a whole had a great feeling. Petvfriendly, very reasonable fee for dogs!! Loved the restaurant as well! What we didn’t like was the 4pm check in and the 11am checkout. The real world is 3pm and 12pm.

Hotel on North is my favorite hotel. The ambiance is relaxing and welcoming. Every room we’ve stayed in so far has its own comfortable atmosphere.

My room did not "qualify" for bathrobes, though my booking said they were included. I could not get a receipt for my stay when I checked out. There was noise from some other bathroom and footsteps that sounded like they were in my room, though they weren't. I loved the size and scope of my room and king bed was comfortable.

Really nice place. Secure parking and you can use the YMCA gym directly across the street for free which was perfect. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a terrific surprise. Beautiful and spacious room. Great service. I am sure there is no better place to rest your head in Pittsfield. Highly recommended.

If you want a night's sleep, don't say there. Old hotel with old building problems. Creaking floor boards and alarming rattling door locks -too much noise for sleeping. And no breakfast - meager or otherwise -on premises.

They did a great job with renovating this building into a hotel. The area is not great and not sure that $500 per night can justify that.

The hotel was beautiful and staff very nice, but it was not in the nicest area. There were a couple of good places you could walk to to eat or have a drink. No restaurant or bar at the hotel.

First and foremost the staff at hotel are amazing. Friendly, warm, welcoming and genuine.
Secondly the hotel is a true gem. Charming, beautiful, kept the architectural charm of the building. It’s a beautiful hotel that not a boring traditional hotel. It’s very tastefully decorated. Has great room sizes and huge. bathrooms, it’s fantastic.

Superb renovation of an older building downtown. Not your typical hotel, but large rooms, high ceilings, thoughtful decor and a friendly staff. The owners are "hands on". They did the renovation and they continue to work at the property. You will not be disappointed !

The area is very run down and doesn't look safe to walk in the evening. The hotel's restaurant wasn't open and you had to walk a few blocks in an "unsafe" area to find dining.
I would not stay here again.

Very cool hotel, unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel has closed. Room was large and comfortable with a little kitchenette, convenient parking with charging stations.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was actually beautiful aesthetically but it was probably the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Most of the time I thought someone was in my room to be honest. Floors were very loud and the people upstairs felt like they were right next to me. Not sure I could recommend this place again based on that unfortunately.

It has a lovely lobby-- cool vibe-- yet VERY disappointing to discover no bar/lounge as advertised on their own site, Expedia, and other sites. The area is not great-- and a bar/restaurant on the property as advertised was the reason I chose the hotel. The room was just ok-- a shame for it is a lovely building with great potential.

I had a great experience there and would only change one thing….. Get better TP! Scott TP sucks and it’s sandpaper. Otherwise I had a great stay!

Overall a decent hotel in a good location walking distance to shops and restaurants, but our rooms faced the street and the noise level was very loud and the curtains and shades are not light dampening enough so our sleep wasn’t very good.

The cleanliness and comfort cannot be better, staff is excellent and the ambience is wonderful, could just hang out in the Hotel for a week
