Great location. 5 minute walk to Macy's. Great for shopping, attending events, such as The Rockettes, the Knicks, and much more. Staff was very helpful. Nice upscale place to stay.

As an experienced O&G salesman who has spent countless nights in hotels over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that this particular hotel has exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, quiet accommodations, hospitable service, and overall sense of safety. The rooms are well maintained, with clean linens and a remarkably comfortable appointments. The soundproofing is unmatched, allowing for a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep without disturbance from neighboring guests, elevators, or outside noise. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my wife and I needs were met. I want to thank Susan in particular who worked nights as she was always very kind, and doing 150% to make sure we had everything we needed each night upon return. whether a bottle of water or arranging morning accommodations, she was always eager to help with a smile. Additionally, the hotel's security measures instill a strong sense of security, putting our minds at ease during our stay. Overall, this hotel has set a new standard for my travels, and I would highly recommend it to any discerning traveler seeking a truly exceptional experience.

Second time staying here. Very comfortable and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Disappointed we weren’t offered Prosecco upon arrival as in the past. Otherwise great stay for our annual girls trip to the city.

We really enjoyed our stay. Front desk was very welcoming and nice. Hotel very clean. Location was excellent, not too close to the craziness of Times Square but perfect walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again.

It was wonderful stay with a family in the very heart of Manhattan. Our room was looking at the Empire State, clean. Convenient location to walk around. Excellent breakfast, welcoming cofee. Froendly and helpfull staff.

This boutique hotel had the nicest, friendliest most helpful staff! I didn’t realize the hotel offered free parking and I parked at a nearby garage instead. The front desk offered me and my friend a round of drinks at the hotel bar to make up for my mistake.

A nice hotel in a great location and friendly, helpful staff. However it is looking a little tired in the rooms. Bathroom door did not lock and wasn’t easy to open/close. Also in bathroom, wood facade around the edge of the sink counter was coming away. Definite “wet” smell in the bathroom. Air con made rather distinct buzzing noise.

Room amenities were great and good linens. Very nice and polite staff. Just the area outside the hotel is not good - too many trash bags and drifters around. Maybe the hotel should work with the city and local merchants to have the garbage bags removed as they are an eyesore.

This is a quaint little hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms are quite small but clean & efficient. No closet or place to store luggage but that’s not untypical of NY spaces. I thought room service was available from the restaurant next door but it was not. Overall a nice experience and would recommend it.
