While the bedding was clearly brand new or cleaned to an exceptional standard, the proprerty itself was very dirty, spider webs and bugs within the place, the kettle was covered in limescale, and the wall plugs in the bathroom were hanging out and wires exposed right next to the bathroom sink - this is a safety hazard. Communication with staff was exceptional though - and they were very friendly.

We had a lovely short stay at Bush Village. Very comfy beds and good proximity to Coles. Very much as described!

Exceptionally clean, spacious, and functional room. Was absolutely perfect for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay

Unfortunately our stay was unpleasant! We arrived and were met with a note instead of reception as we needed to speak to them about a family emergency. When we finally got through in the phone the staff member didn’t seem to care. We then went into our cabin which had a cockroach running around the kitchen floor and ants all over the benches. My son then then saw a lizard running around the bedroom. The bathroom ceilings were mouldy and had moths and spiders in the corners. There was no shampoo or body wash. And when I went to make a coffee in the morning the sachets were all rock hard. When management was informed they denied everything even with photo evidence. Will never stay here again!!

Bush village cabins were clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay, and well priced

We just stayed to sleep. Worked good for us.

The staff were great. There was a rowdy group in and they put them straight so other guests could relax. Best pillows ever too!

Despite arriving during reception hours, keys were left for us. Room/complex is in need of some maintenance. Shower took ages to get warm and left water everywhere. Only saw one member of staff the two days we were there.

Cabins were large and very well appointed. Staff very grand helpful

There was no tv reception, when mentioned to staff, answer was will have to get back to you, never heard another word. Last night in Airlie, just wanted to relax and veg, overall it was ok, room was clean and comfortable

WC needs fixing, it works Ok but it gets back flush from room next door ??

Helpful staff specially Sidney. Nothing is too difficult. Good place for families. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa and it was good value for money. It’s not luxurious but nice n clean enough to spend couple of nights

Quiet, clean and family friendly The bathroom needs an upgrade though with rotten wood falling on to the floor. Staff friendly and helpful Would recommend ☺️

Absolutely loved our stay at Bush Village Cabins. The cabins were perfect for our family, pool was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpfully with everything. Will be staying again and recommending to friends and family.

Small Tourist Park, with cheap Rates, Park needs better upkeep, cabins are old, furniture dated. Yard looks cheap & mistreated. Reception Dude Damian is a little pushy, looks & Feels like a back packers To ge honest, communal kitchens & Seating areas, very tiny pool. Owner clearly got their million dollar grant from government to restore this tourist park, however they must be on vacation spending money elsewhere. No public transport closeby & Taxi are very expensive & delayed. Everything in Airlie is so Expensive bring your cash guys. Dean

Clean and tidy accommodation for an overnight stay. Customer service was A+. Welcoming and had the air-con turned on and room ready in advance. Accommodation has the basics including kitchen essentials, comfortable beds and tidy bathroom with heaps of space. Not overly stylish but for a quick stay, it was all we needed.

Very quiet quaint little spot with very roomy cabins & comfortable beds, so close to everything…short walk to the water plus to the board walk which takes you to Airlie Beach. Enjoyed our stay immensely & shall be back!!

This is basic accommodation, nothing flash but also very affordable which is hard to find in Airlie beach! The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and I can tell they are working on updating the property. While the decor is a bit tired, the beds were clean and comfy and it was a convenient short term stay in a great location.
